Je n’y ai passé qu’une nuit mais c’était impeccable.

Séjour parfait ! Personnel adorable et très attentionné, notamment également envers notre fille. Service de conciergerie impeccable. (Petit souci avec la porte de notre chambre vite réglé sur place). Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous ! Nous revenons donc courant du mois d'Août. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés!

Tres bonne expérience dans cet hôtel! En Week end avec mon conjoint...rien a redire! Propreté,personnel au top,souriant,agréable et motivé!( Dont un certain Timothé,qui semble être vraiment a sa place et s éclate avec son poste! ) Repas et chambres,parfait!! Bravo a toute à toute l équipe....

Architecture magnifique, là, ils peuvent pas tricher.
Sinon pour y avoir séjournée heureusement qu’une nuit, expérience médiocre.

Sevice d’un CHIVAS au verre, 25 ans d’âge même pas j’ai eu le prestige d’avoir vu la bouteille, on me mène le verre quelconque déjà servi...Puis commande d’un hamburger ???? pratiquement froid et frites catastrophique congelés même pas maison.

Très bel endroit! Les chambres sont grandes, avec un petit salon, la literie confortable, la salle de bain immense. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux variété des saveurs et plats autant salés que sucrés. Et les jardins accessibles que l'on soit client ou non c'est appréciable quand il fait chaud de profiter des passages ombragés.

Das Hotel ist einfach fantastisch, ein Wunder, und der Service ist mehr als tadellos!
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Bei unserer Ankunft machte der Parkservice den Eindruck, als stünde er kurz vor dem Burnout, was den ersten Eindruck etwas trübte.
Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel jedoch wärmstens für ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

Tout simplement woooww! Nous avons rarement eu un pareil accueil et un service de cette hauteur! Mohamed de la réception a tout simplement été merveilleux du check-in au check-out, un accompagnement 5 étoiles et un service que certains hôtels prestigieux peuvent envier! Le voiturier Mathieu fut exceptionnel, un accueil parfait et chaleureux! De très bons conseils et très attachant! Il faudrait plus de gens comme ça!! Si vous voulez passer un bon moment en famille et ne pas regretter chaque euros dépenser je vous conseil vivement cet endroit chargé d’histoire, de charmes et d’employés formidables! Nous reviendrons sans aucunes hésitation! Merci!

J’ai été choquée de voir un employé agresser un client qui voulait juste aller aux toilettes en hurlant devant tout le monde , ce n’est pas digne d’un établissement comme celui ci

Parfait !

We had a nice view of the river.
The carpet in some of the other rooms had a certain smell. Although it could be cleaning products, it was still a strong scent. The staff were all very polite and friendly. Overall, I’m quite pleased with our stay here.

A Delightful Stay with a Magnificent Highlight at Intercontinental Lyon – Hôtel Dieu
Our recent European adventure included a truly delightful stay at the Intercontinental Lyon – Hôtel Dieu, France. We were especially impressed by the exceptionally friendly staff, the pristine cleanliness of our room, and the hotel's superb location directly on the riverfront. The building itself is a stunning historical masterpiece, adding immensely to the charm of our visit.
The only minor drawbacks we encountered were the room's modest size and, more significantly, the bed arrangement for us. While our child did receive the requested runaway bed and was comfortable, we had specifically requested a king-size bed for ourselves. Instead of a true king, two twin beds were simply pushed together. This setup did not offer the comfort of a true king-size due to the uncomfortably firm joint between them, which significantly impacted our rest.
Despite these minor issues, our experience was greatly elevated by the hotel's magnificent offerings, particularly Le Dôme bar. Located right within the Intercontinental Lyon – Hôtel Dieu, this bar is situated under a truly majestic 32-meter high dome and is widely considered one of the most impressive bars in the world – even earning "Best Hotel Bar in the World" at the 2020-2021 Villégiature Awards. Le Dôme offers a unique menu blending local and international flavors in an elegant and unique atmosphere, serving as a true crossroads where locals mingle with visitors from around the world. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there; Le Dôme was undoubtedly a highlight of our stay!

Valet parking Al. glasses, unpleasant, very rude! Fixed us very badly! No welcome, no smile, no thank you! Drove our car very abruptly, reversed, made violent turns! Exorbitant prices, not up to the standard of a REAL 5 STAR! Services not at all up to the standard of 5 stars in the countries we visited! No jacuzzi! No spa! No Olympic swimming pool! No indoor massage rooms! No sauna! No hammam! Neither on the roof nor in the basement! NOWHERE! And that's called 5 stars?! We have stayed in 5-star VRIS all over the country where EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED in our prices! But here it's more like a 3 stars! Services not at all up to the standard of 5 stars! It's not enough to charge customers exorbitant prices (bars, restaurants, etc.) to call yourself 5 stars! All the staff are unprofessional! The managers are bitter and not at all welcoming! When we ask this and that, they have angry faces! No CEO or Director is there to see and share all this in person! We ate on the terrace in the heatwave; a shavedheaded asiansecurity guard kept us safe by doing rounds and standing there for hours; to deter pickpockets and thieves! He is very kind, he helped us, advised us; thank you again for his professionalism and discretion; in the heatwave, no one gives him anything to drink or a chair! We saw a lot of very dubious people watching tourists on the terraces to steal our handbags and personal belongings! Drug smokers sitting in the distance! No other security guard on the terraces or inside the hotel! We are very disappointed with this 5-star hotel, which is not a 5-stars hotel at all! We do not recommend it to anyone around us!

Very beautiful interior architecture! We had dinner on the outdoor terrace in the stifling heat! We noticed a very friendly asiansecurity guard who helped us, very professional and very discreet, static in the heat, ensuring our protection and our belongings on our chairs! Because we saw pickpockets and very dubious individuals who follow tourists throughout the Hôtel Dieu! Very sparse dishes on the plates! Lyonnais bouchons generously garnish the plates; here they are stingy! When we pay exorbitant prices, we demand excellent services (well-stocked dishes; jacuzzi, spa, swimming pools, saunas, etc.)! We deplore the manager accepting customers with her large dog, not tied up or muzzled, running between the tables! We almost fell with our dishes because the dog was lying in the middle of the floor! It should be forbidden to have animals in restaurants! Valet parking with glasses, very unpleasant, no welcome, no smile, no hello, no thank you. Violent reversing maneuvers and abrupt driving! No manager on site to control the employees! We doubt very much that it can be a 5 star (no jacuzzi no spa or Olympic swimming pool or sauna or hammam or sand deckchairs on the roof or in the basement)! Nothing to do with real 5 star hotels Dubai St Barth...! Exorbitant prices no services indoor swimming pools or sauna or spa...nothing at all! Prices not in line with the low-end level of services! SOFITEL HILTON ...with swimming pools spa sauna all provided!
Another big thank you to the asiansecurity guard for ensuring our safety by making rounds on the terrace; looking after our personal belongings; in the heatwave for hours without the hotel staff offering him drinks or chairs so that he could do his job in good conditions. Another big thank you and congratulations for his exemplary work which is not the case for the other security guards! Too bad no Director to congratulate him on site.

Exceptionnel

Giving my stay 4 stars because of two issues.|The first is the Spa. The Spa, we discovered, is not part of the hotel. This should really be highlighted better because the level of service at the spa is nowhere near what the Intercontinental provides. The hotel really should secure a spa internally or not recommend it. I am really disappointed the Concierge even recommended the spa "hammam" 2 hour service. First, the spa desk staff are not at the professional level the hotel is and the English level is not great. Also, the spa is NOT attached to the hotel. You have to walk out in public through the outdoor mall to get there. We wore our bathrobes anyway but it was definitely awkward. Furthermore, the "hammam" is not a hammam. The entire area designated for the spa/hammam is super small and really just the waiting area for people getting massages, not a peaceful area to relax. The wet spa room smelled like mold and body odor. The lounge chairs are an awkward height and wet from other visitors so it was just completely not worth the price. Honestly, I want a refund it was such a disappointment. The massages were nice but AVOID THE SPA if not getting a massage.||Second issue: allergy friendly food, specifically for Afternoon Tea but also at the restaurant. I love afternoon tea, and it was a huge reason we chose this hotel. It is so easy to make allergy free desserts of high quality. Why not do it? I'm talking milk and gluten free primarily. There was no option to enjoy afternoon tea food that was milk free. Milk is terrible for you. At least make one sweet and one savory option. I was so so sad to not participate in afternoon tea with my friends. |Also, dinner, the staff was great and very cognizant of the allergy but that meant I had to do without, rather than have a replacement. The dinner and breakfast are delicious but please, drop the obsession with milk in everything. It is so easy to cook without it!|A quick point about noise: there is a club on the city side of the hotel and the windows on the river side are not soundproofed. So if you're noise sensitive, bring earplugs. Really, the hotel should provide them.|Also, accessibility: it's really important to clarify this in your room choice as many rooms seem to be 2 levels. Not ideal for most, very serious concern for others.|Otherwise, our stay was great. The staff are amazing and the location is great. I hope they make improvements.

Lieu magnifique a visiter

Très belle hotel décoré avec goût et très bon service. Petit buffet petit-déjeuner mais avec produits de qualités.

Attention: l hôtel ne bénéficie pas de Spa contrairement à ce que le site internet pourrait faire croire. Il faut sortir de l hôtel et marcher quelques mètres. Ceci ne serait pas un problème si vous pouviez accéder facilement au spa. Mais gros bémol, nous arrivons avec nos maillots de bain sous le bras et on nous annonce qu il n y a pas de place. Il fallait en effet réserver l accès à l avance et en plus débourser 25eur par personne.
2 détails que les employés de l hôtel ont omis de nous dire au moment de nous parler du spa. Ceci mérite clairement une amélioration, car nous avions justement choisi cette hôtel pour ce critère...

Hotel fabuleux avec une literie de rêve. Dommage que le bar n’ait pas un service à la hauteur. Une heure pour boire deux coupes de champagne et on se fait jeter par le serveur car on lui a donné un ticket pour deux boisons gratuites offert par la réception de l’hôtel. Leur restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur non plus. Deux fois nous avons été malades après un déjeuner et le retrait des assiettes n’est pas digne du niveau de l’hôtel. Donc, l’hôtellerie est fantastique, le lieu est unique, le reste est à revoir rapidement et bravo au voiturier ! Il est TOP

Trois jours de rêve, au sein d’un établissement magnifique parfaitement tenu avec un personnel offrant un service haut-de-gamme.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, Les chambres sont magnifiques ainsi que l’hôtel lui-même. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et efficace. Ils savent vous accueillir et rendre votre vie très simple. Je conseille fortement
