Etrange sensation d'être dans une position minérale sans échange et chaleur alors que la cuisine pétille, une remarque qui givre la relation de clients qui doivent se soumettre unilatéralement sans partage. Et qui accuse son client de vol ...vraiment une institution irrespectueuse du client.

Sehr leckeres Essen, super schön angerichtet und immer positiv überrascht.
Vom Platz aus sieht man direkt in die Küche und kann miterleben wie das junge Team die Meisterwerke erstellt

Die Weinbegleitung hat sehr gut gepasst und die freundliche Sommelierin hat es immer super erklärt und sich Zeit genommen auf Fragen einzugehen.

Leider hat der Service einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Essen wurde zum teil vor dem Wein serviert, Teller wurden entfernt bevor alle am Tisch fertig waren und es wirkte alles eher hektisch.

Aber das super Essen mit der Weinbegleitung hat den Service wieder gut gemacht.

It was amazing. A highlight of my trip to Lyon. The food was varied, artistic and tasted amazing. All in all we had 13 unique dishes that each felt like a one of a kind experience. Each dish came with in depth explanations and we had a wine pairing which in depth described the wine and how it related to the dish. Everything felt like it had so much intention and thought behind it. With the kitchen in the middle of restaurant you are able to see the care behind how they operate and the energy the chefs bring to the experience. It felt like more than a meal and every person who you interact with takes great care regarding your experience. A nice touch I felt was the hand made stoneware from local female artists which are used for all of their plates, bowls, mugs and more.

Dans leur nouveau restaurant avec cuisine ouverte, nous assistons à un véritable ballet tant en cuisine qu'en salle.
Equipe très professionnelle, cuisine créative avec des produits de saison et locaux un enchantement de couleurs et de saveurs.
Accueil et service parfait, excellent conseil pour le choix du vin.
