Globalement un très bon séjour dans cet Hotel. Très bon service, le staff est super sympa et compétent.
la localisation de l'hotel est très bonne par rapport aux nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. Par contre, c'est quand même un peu loin des pistes et il faut marcher pas mal pour atteindre le front de neige.
Un peu de désagrément quand même, les chambres sont très mal isolées. Pourtant au 7e étage, on a été réveillé tous les matins à 6h du mat par le bruit des chasses neiges sur les routes. On avait l'impression d’être dans une tente au bord de la route! On entendait également tout ce qu'il se passait dans la chambre d'à côté...
Enfin, on avait aussi choisi cet hotel pour sa piscine. Malheureusement, due à un problème technique, la piscine est restée fermée pendant tout notre séjour. Cependant, j'ai bien apprécié l'attitude de la direction de l'hôtel qui, en compensation, nous a offert l'accès au spa (normalement payant) et autorisé à accéder à la piscine d'un autre hotel, assurant le transport avec un système de navette privée.

The family room we had was spacious and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable, but some of the pillows were lumpy. The bathroom was very nice, though we had an issue with no hot water one night, which we reported and was rectified. There's a TV, but we couldn't find any English language channels, which was a shame. The location was good for bars, restaurants and shops, but this did mean that most evenings there was a fair amount of noise on the street late at night and into the early hours as people came out the bars/clubs. Location for the ski lifts isn't the worst I've had, but it was a fair walk. Ski lockers spacious with boot heaters. Breakfast was good, decent selection of buffet options, and you could have omelettes and other eggs cooked to order, as well as crepes, thought at times the chef wasn't on station, so you had to wait a bit or ask someone.
Overall it's a nice hotel, helpful staff, and decent breakfast, but could make some easy improvements to address some of the points covered above.

Hôtel très bien situé
Alex a la réception est un vrai professionnel avec un accueil chaleureux et à notre écoute pour nos moindre désirs (réservation parking, restaurant). Tellement rare aujourd'hui une personne efficace dans l hôtellerie.
Nous reviendrons l année prochaine pour tout ça.
