Super hôtel pour séjourner dans grenoble. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres. Le personnel est très accueillant et le petit déjeuner est super. Je recommande !

Je connais OKKO depuis au moins 3 ans et la qualité du petit déjeuner et en forte diminution. La qualité des viennoiseries n'est plus au rendez-vous, On dirait du congelé.||Attention cet établissement exige d'enregistrer vos numéro de carte bancaire y compris le CCV. Quel garantie de sécurité peuvent ils vous donner ensuite sachant que même les plus grandes sociétés se font pirater.||Pour éviter cela je suis passé par Booking avec paiement Paypal mais pour la taxe de séjour de quelques euros ils ont exigé l'enregistrement de ma CB. Aucune alternative proposée, c'est tout bonnement inadmissible et ce sera donc la dernière fois chez OKKO

Décevant ! L’hôtel n’est pas du tout lumineux, quel dommage ! Tout est triste. Les chambres sont simples, quelle idée de passer par la douche pour aller aux toilettes ? Et tout est transparent dans la salle de bain (avec toilettes)…

The hotel is clean. I took the most expensive room. It was large but not well designed. Still, it was comfortable for the time I was there. It was ~ 7 minutes from the tram I needed. One receptionist was really kind and helpful. The rest were average and did not care much. What causes the low rating is the fact that I got there an hour before the official check in time and was charged 30 euros for early check in. After a cross Atlantic night flight and an hour and 15 minutes bus ride, I was too exhausted to protest, and paid. I think this is not a decent way to make money and not something that encourages a repeat visit. Apparently, to avoid it, you need to book the room directly from them and we booked it through AMEX travel services. Who knew. But it doesn’t change the fact.
