Отель очень понравится, особенно маленькая кухня на которой можно готовить, и посудомойка. Немного дороговат завтрак, в Италии он стоит 10€ с абсолютно такими же продуктами. Но это мелочи жизни, ведь вы можете не платить за эту услугу. Локация отличная, рядом 2 парка и квакают жабы ???? романтика ????

Outrageously bad hotel. I had to stay there for almost three weeks for business travel and if I had the chance I would have changed it immediately.
- Old, poorly maintained rooms with broken parts.
- Dirty bathroom.
- Cleaning ONCE a week and no cleaning supplies to do it yourself (Reminder: this is a 4 star hotel!!)
- During this one time cleaning, my dirty towels were picked up and refolded instead of providing new ones! A week later they were just taken away without providing fresh ones!!
- 25 euro extra fee per day for parking
- The “gym” is a run down 10m2 room with one stepper, one treadmill and a couple of weights (you gotta be kidding right) and the sauna is always off
- The 18 Euro breakfast is underwhelming at its highest. I came in at8 am and it was basically empty with few choices from the beginning
- One elevator of two working very weird, seems half broken
- incredibly hot, sticky rooms.
The single positive aspect is the central location and nice receptionists who were polite.
The owning chain has to urgently repair this mess or put down the prices at least half, this is NEVER a 4 star hotel!!

Tento hotel žiaľ vôbec nezodpovedá 4 hviezdam, ktoré si uvádza, minimálne teda nie všetko. Začnime pozitivami - veľmi dobrá poloha blízko centra a stanice, pekná historická budova, pekný výhľad z okna na hory. To je asi tak z pozitív všetko. Čo sa týka izieb, je to veľmi rozdielne. Určite neodporúčam typ izby Štúdio - malá izba v podkroví s nedostupným strešným oknom, staré zariadenie, zničené, špinavé - hneď som menila za inú. Izby na nižších poschodiach sú na tom lepšie. Upratovanie však čakajte 1x za týždeň, ak chcete častejšie, jedine za príplatok. Raňajky skromnejšie. Za mňa celková kvalita hotela nezodpovedá cene.

Im still waiting after 2 years 150 euros money back from my deposit that i left at the check in of the hotel.
They didnt give my money back and they dont answer emails and nobody cares.

L'appartement était propre, il y avait du thé et des bonbons offert ce qui fait toujours plaisir.
Par contre l'un des lits était un canapé clicclac déplié ce qui rend le confort un peu limité.
