バスルームやトイレ等はタオル交換やトイレットペーパーの補充、シャンプーなどの補充も手を付けてなかった
あとは洗面台の水捌けが悪い長年清掃されてないようだ
人に勧めるようなホテルではない
フロントにいるマネージャーと思われる女性の対応がかなり良くない
プライベートてば 利用したくはない
Nous étions un groupe de 13 personnes tous satisfaisant des prestations jusqu'au petit déjeuner
L'appartement était propre, il y avait du thé et des bonbons offert ce qui fait toujours plaisir.
Par contre l'un des lits était un canapé clicclac déplié ce qui rend le confort un peu limité.
- Old, poorly maintained rooms with broken parts.
- Dirty bathroom.
- Cleaning ONCE a week and no cleaning supplies to do it yourself (Reminder: this is a 4 star hotel!!)
- During this one time cleaning, my dirty towels were picked up and refolded instead of providing new ones! A week later they were just taken away without providing fresh ones!!
- 25 euro extra fee per day for parking
- The “gym” is a run down 10m2 room with one stepper, one treadmill and a couple of weights (you gotta be kidding right) and the sauna is always off
- The 18 Euro breakfast is underwhelming at its highest. I came in at8 am and it was basically empty with few choices from the beginning
- One elevator of two working very weird, seems half broken
- incredibly hot, sticky rooms.
The single positive aspect is the central location and nice receptionists who were polite.
The owning chain has to urgently repair this mess or put down the prices at least half, this is NEVER a 4 star hotel!!
They didnt give my money back and they dont answer emails and nobody cares.

Le carrelage est fendu, les plinthes sont cassées, de la moisissure sur la baignoire, des odeurs d’égout, le canapé sale, les robinets plein de calcaire, les portes usées et sales...
Bref, ça ne vaut pas du tout un quatre étoiles !
Des travaux sont indispensables afin de remédier à toutes ces problématiques.
J’y suis depuis hier et pour 1 semaines je peux vous le recommander sans problème personnel accueillant à l’écoute très chaleureux chambre très spacieuse et propre.
À 2 min du centre commerces à proximité

dirty room. You guys must renovate the all building and cleaning crew or decrease the placement.

Au moment de rendre la carte de la chambre, la personne n’était pas informée de cette situation alors que l’information aurait dû être remontée. Votre adresse e-mail m’a été remise et voilà donc pourquoi je vous écris. Ayant passé une nuit pas très agréable, j’attends un retour de votre part.
Cinq jours plus tard, on ne répond plus à mes messages ni à mes mails et au téléphone, personne ne sait quoi faire !

Globalement, l'endroit manque d'entretien.

The breakfast, advertised until 9:30, was incredibly underwhelming. With only two types of pancakes, two croissants, a few slices of bread, some cold items (cheese and ham), and just four warm options (potato cubes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and hot dogs), the selection was already minimal. To make matters worse, when I went down at 8:35, the only warm food left was potato cubes and hot dogs. I patiently waited, hoping the staff would replenish the items, but by 9:20, nothing had been refilled. When I asked about the scrambled eggs, the manager flatly told me they wouldn't be restocked. Given the limited options and the fact that none of the hot food was replenished for nearly an hour, I raised the issue with the front desk. The manager insisted there was plenty of food at 8:00, which clearly wasn’t the case. The breakfast was not worth the 18 euros charged and was by far the most disappointing I’ve experienced in any business hotel.
The room was equally disappointing. It felt outdated and poorly maintained, with fluctuating water temperatures in the shower. The decor and flooring were worn and old, and the double bed only had a nightstand on one side, which seemed like a careless oversight. These issues, combined with the lackluster breakfast, made for a deeply unsatisfying stay.
Overall, This experience left me very disappointed and I hope the hotel considers making improvements for future guests.
Dieses Hotel ist mindestens 3 Sterne zu hoch bewertet. Es wurde seit über 30 Jahren nicht renoviert. Schon im Foyer und auf den Fluren fällt die Farbe von den Wänden und die Tapeten lösen sich ab. Die Zimmer sind furchtbar. Der Boden ist rissig und kaputt, sodass Verletzungsgefahr besteht. Im Badezimmer gibt es Löcher in der Fuge zwischen den Fliesen und die Ablage ist vom Wasser aufgequollen.
Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ist noch schlimmer. Es gibt keine richtigen Fenster oder Vorhänge. Man kann das Fenster nicht öffnen und auch keinen Vorhang schließen, um sich vor der starken Sonneneinstrahlung zu schützen. Außerdem gibt es keine Nachttische, sodass man nichts neben das Bett stellen kann.
Alles in allem wird hier ein Zimmer für viel Geld verkauft, das nicht mehr als 10 € pro Nacht mit 1-Stern-Bewertung kosten dürfte. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
Par ailleurs personnel désagréable du début à la fin du séjour.
Enfin les animaux sont sensés être admis : certes on ne nous a pas refusé l'accès mais on les sent tout juste tolérés et considérés comme des nuisances que l'on préfèrerait voir ailleurs.
Bref, c'était mon premier et dernier séjour dans cet hôtel dont on ne sait pas comment il peut avoir 4 étoiles.
