We stayed here mid-July. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the mainline station and the bus station. This makes it great for us as we like to travel by train and use local transport. The Hotel has a view of the Lake and is very close to the old town. The room was good but a little on the dark side. Bed was fine. It was large, had a separate bathroom/toilet. The room was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was buffet and ok but not as good as other hotels. All the staff from the reception staff to the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. I would fully recommend this hotel for a holiday in Annecy.

Bien accueilli, belle chambre, personnel souriant et aux petits soins. De beaux espaces communs. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Petit bémol sur le lit en deux petits lits, mais bien dormi malgré tout

Великолепный отель.|Jacques нас проапгрейдил по Diamond до номера с террасой и украсил комнату.|На баре Андрей из Белоруссии рассказал много интересного про Анси и его фестивали.|Удачное расположение в центре города и с видом на озеро.|Приятный персонал, хорошие комнаты.|Я рекомендую это место.|Лучший отель Анси.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the lake and a stonethrow away from the old town with bars and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and the breakfast buffet is amazing - great quality and a wide choice including local specialties - we can highly recommend this hotel!
