Magnifique hôtel. Les chambres sont très confortables. L'emplacement est parfait avec accès au centre et à la plage à pieds. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent.

Très bel hôtel, personnel accueillant, professionnel, souriant.
Nous avons passé un superbe week-end.
Nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine qui était chauffée à 30 degrés.

Chambre très propre et soignée ....mais
Un Hic sur notre chambre Standard :
- Fenêtre inaccessible
- Pas de grand miroir dans la chambre
L'hôtel étant complet nous n'avons pas eu le choix d'avoir une catégorie supérieure.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room size and layout, as it added to the overall comfort of my stay.
I appreciated being able to walk to most places without having to rely on transportation.

Moreover, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. I was lucky enough to have a room with a stunning view of the the lake, which enhanced my overall experience. Waking up to such a picturesque sight truly made my stay memorable.

Overall, I want to thank you for providing a clean and well-located hotel that exceeded my expectations. The size of the room and the amazing view only added to the positive experience. I will definitely consider staying at your establishment again in the future and will highly recommend it to others.

Perfect hotel in Annecy! We loved our stay here. We had a wonderful room, great breakfast and it was only couple of minutes away from the old city and the lake. Can highly recommend to stay here.

superbe Week end dans cet hôtel , juste la route a traverser et vous êtes au bord du lac ,à 2 minutes du centre pittoresque
belle chambre feutrée avec salle de bain parfaite
le personnel aux ptits soins
un petit dej juste dingue
un bar en terrasse vue sur lac avec dj d'ambiance
et une piscine a30°C
nous prévoyons déjà de repartir dans cet hôtel

Very bad experience! The hotel is still being built.
Construction workers are ripping out carpets during breakfast right next to the food is not acceptable.
The rooms are very nice however.

פקידת הקבלה היתה שירותית מאד ועזרה לנו בחניית האופנועים בחניה סגורה ומקורה.החדרים מעולים,מיקום המלון על האגם ומרחק 5 דקות הליכה מהעיר העתיקה ובכלל בחירה מצויינת.ארוחת הערב במפרפסת היתה מעולה!

J’ai, Passer deux jours à l’hôtel pélican, j’ai payé 727 € pour deux nuits inclus. Le parking souterrain n’ayant pas pu accueillir mon véhicule dans le parking souterrain suite aux gens qui était mal garé et au gros gabarit de mon véhicule ( range Rover Vélar) le soir, même sous les conseils de la jeune femme à l’accueil j’ai entreposé mon véhicule au parking extérieur, qui reste dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel, en me disant que ça craignait rien le lendemain matin à mon réveil mon toit ouvrant a été fissuré, j’ai donc demandé réclamation auprès du directeur, espérant une prise en charge au niveau des assurances commune. Cela fait 10 jours que j’attends que Monsieur le directeur Emmanuel Fecamp me réponde concernant le litige de mon véhicule que j’ai acheté 80 000 € ce matin. Monsieur le directeur m’a répondu en me disant que cela ne pouvait pas être prise en charge par l’hôtel car sur les caméras on ne voit pas de petits cailloux, tombés sur ma voiture sauf que la place que m’a donné la dame de l’accueil se trouvait juste en bas d’un chantier, mais apparemment dans cette hôtel prestigieux quatre-étoiles la parole d’un client qui paye 727 € pour deux nuits n’a aucune valeur je vous mets les photos à vous de juger…

Un établissement d'exception pour un cadre d'exception.
2 nuits pour 2 personnes début septembre (un anniversaire).
Je me suis imaginé la piscine sous une autre perspective : avec débordement pour une meilleure contemplation du paysage (juste pour ajouter encore un peu plus de rêve au rêve ! :3).
Un très grand merci à tout le personnel, je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés.

Établissement bien situé.
Ensemble salle de bain et chambre très propres et bien décorées.
Nous avions un petit creux le soir tard mais le restaurant était déjà fermé .
Personnel très sympathique

Sehr schönes Hotel, hundefreundlich, Personal zuvorkommend, Altstadt zu Fuss erreichbar. Empfehlung Zimmer mit seesicht. Wir konnten die Bar draussen geniessen mit Sicht auf den See. Das beheizte Schwimmbad draussen sehr angenehm, stets frische Handtücher verfügbar. Frühstück teuer mit Euro 25., Möglichkeit im Zimmer Kaffee und Tee zu kochen. Auf jeder Etage befinden sich wasserspender. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Beautiful lakeside hotel. It’s walking distance to the old town.
Gorgeous rooms. I recommend getting a room with a view.
The heated pool is amazing.

There is a lovely bakery at the ground floor for Breakfast.
We didn’t get breakfast at the hotel, as 25euro per person seems quite expensive.
