Great location opposite the lake and close to the city center. Spacious, newly renovated room with a nice bathroom and partial lake/rooftop view. Breakfast was excellent, and the terrace is perfect for sunrise or sunset. Friendly staff and nice ambience. Only drawback: the bed was a bit too firm for our liking. Overall, a lovely stay in Annecy!

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Das Zimmer war hübsch, modern und sauber. Gegen Aufpreis gibt es einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.
Ausserdem bietet das Hotel eine tolle Terrasse zum Essen und Frühstücken sowie zahlreiche Liegen rund um den Outdoor-Pool. Empfehlenswert ????

We really liked the hotel, rooms and location are great. Service is somewhat patchy,. especially in the restaurant. We really struggled to get a drink in the 'bar' after dinner in Annecy, they are not set up to serve you unless you are eating.

Excellent hotel 10 min walk from the old town of Annecy with all its restaurants and bars. We had a mezzanine room with a lake view and this was the perfect room for 4 of us (2 teenagers). Very comfy beds. Free water (still and sparkling) on each floor. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of pastries, fresh fruit, cheese, ham, bacon, eggs, cereals, granola, fresh yogurt and juices. You can sit outside (looking at the lake) or inside. Very modern hotel, very clean and friendly helpful service. The bakery downstairs was very handy for freshly made rolls, baguettes, pastries to take to the beaches. I would definitely stay here again. And Annecy is such a beautiful part of the world!

Wunderschönes Hotel, schöne design Zimmer, sogar Netflix vorhanden. Einzig am Morgen und am Abend hört man es teilweise sehr laut Poltern, aber nicht bis in die Nacht. Klimatisierte Zimmer zum selber einstellen wie man es gerne mag.
Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig, im Eingangsbereich hat es eine Bäckerei mit frischen Produkten. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch - zu Fuss in 10min in der Altstadt. Wir kommen wieder!

Really enjoyed our 10 night stay here. Rooms, restaurant and food, terrace bar and pool were excellent, everywhere was kept really clean, and the staff were efficient and friendly. Great location with easy access to the lake and all the nearby attractions.

Terras voor ontbijt en diner ligt aan een zeer drukke straat. Dus veel lawaai! Nooit gezien voor eitjes bij het ontbijt moet je bijbetalen! Zwembad zogezegd verwarmd 30graden, het meer is warmer.kamers zijn van alles voorzien en zeer net.

L'emplacement idéal pour visiter Annecy. Le petit-déjeuner très bon et complet. L'accueil de la réception très mauvais, impersonnel et incompétent, aucune information ni sur les services de l'hôtel ni sur la ville et les infos données après les avoir demandées étaient fausses. Personnel froid et stressé. Femmes de chambres sympathiques. La piscine n'était pas propre.

Stayed here for 1 night in July as a treat for a birthday. Was exactly as you’d expect a 4-star hotel to be - plush, friendly staff, gorgeous rooms. Free WiFi across the hotel, nice small swimming pool with a nice pool bar near it. Rooms very comfortable, with robes to use and a nice touch was water bottles you can refill in any of the corridors. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet; very nice selection of food and drink. Didn’t eat in the restaurant for dinner so can’t comment. Friendly check in - staff spoke English. ||Cons: It is expensive for 1 night. |More coffee pods in rooms for the coffee machine - only 2 provided for our stay. |Lifts are VERY busy as not only the guests use them but the staff cleaning do too - a separate lift for staff would allow free-flow traffic up and down.

Really great rooms and location. Was let down by the service which I thought would be better. Wanted a drink at the bar during the day and were moved seats 3 times. Staff seemed confused and we felt out of place having a drink. Didn't get served any further and this put us off trying the restaurant. Unfortunate part of an otherwise great stay.

Un séjour très agréable pour découvrir Annecy au coeur de la ville, chambre bien préparée et services hôteliers présents. Une mention spéciale à la réceptionniste Jeanne-Marie qui outre le sourire a fait preuve de qualités d'accueil exceptionnel qui a permis à notre séjour de démarrer de la meilleure des manières. This is a very underrated hotel because the service and staff were so amazing that it takes it to a 5 star level. The room we had had a partial lake view and was spacious for a family of 5 with young children. ||The location is excellent with short walk to old town. The buffet breakfast is a repayable spread by European standards and could use at least a live included egg station. Amenities were great with a nice pool and bicycles available on request. They also use good quality toiletries. ||Highly recommend starting here for a trip to Annecy.

Euh comment dire cadre magnifique mais alors service catastrophique et je reste gentil a part la vue sur le lac pour regarder le feu d'artifice il y avait que ça de bien serveur du bon cedre pas tres agréable meme pas agreable du tout limite mal aisant burger renvoyer 3 fois et finalement il etait plus que saignant alor quon la commander bien cuit 29€ le burger et servi sans accompagnement croque monsieur servi sans salades alor que cest marquer sur la carte enfin bref pour un hotel 4 etoile franchement revoyer votre gestion er votre service parceque cest une honte ......
