We had read some negative reviews for this hotel but we honestly couldn’t fault it. The room was spacious and perfectly designed with a lovely shower and extremely comfortable bed. The air conditioning was quiet so my partner allowed me to keep it on at night which is unusual! The little things like provision of a water cooler and recycling facilities in the lobby were great for the environment. The choice at breakfast could not have been better and the pool area, sauna etc were modern and well kept. The staff were always friendly. I would give 10/10 but the price was a bit high for room and the breakfast. There was also only a short window after 9pm when children were not allowed in the pool so chances of a relaxing time in there wasn’t always possible.

Nous sommes resté 2 jours, l'hôtel est bien, mais pas transcendant. Plusieurs petits points dans la chambre qui ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles et d'une nuit à 400 euros surtout.

Bonjour, l'hôtel très sympa. La fille ( ne me souviens plus de son prénom) qui travaillait à l'accueil le samedi 12 juillet vers 13.30 était ultra hautaine juste parce que je lui ai demandé si c'était possible d'avoir la chambre à 15h... réponse et attitude ultra désagréable... A part ça le resto incroyablement bon. Le service impeccable. Les serveurs super gentils.
Concernant la chambre trop cher pour ce que c'est. Le plafond à la salle de bain était complètement abîmé avec une immense tâche autour de la douche pluie. Pareille les joints assez abîmé et sale . Pour 380€ je trouvais limite la chambre. Mais le reste était incroyable. Merci à tous les serveurs et serveuses

I stayed for one night when on a solo road trip and the hotel is modern with great rooms and excellent parking facilities, with outside and garage parking.
It is situated in a quiet locaction and it is a pleasant 30 - 40 minute walk along the lakside from the the hotel to the old part of town and main tourist area.
Service from the individual staff members at reception was polite and efficient at check in, but a little disinterested and cold at checkout.
In the evening, I chose to have a simple meal in the bar, of burger, salad and fries. The burger and salad were acceptable and fine, however, the fries looked and tasted like they had been prepared at lunch time hours before and then left on a hot plate, which was just poor catering and lazy presentation.
The bar service was painfully slow and I finally gave up waiting for a final beer before retiring to bed.
The choice and quality of food for breakfast was fine, however, it felt like a cafeteria experience, with a few disinterested staff clearing tables once guests had departed their table.
This is a nice modern hotel and has potential to be a great place to stay, however, on my visit I found it lacking in attenion to detail in some very basic areas to truly justify it's claimed 4 star rating.
