La chambre était grande et spacieuse mais autour du lit présence de nombreuses tâches de café sur la moquette.
La porte de la douche aussi vait un problème au niveau des charnières de fixation.
Pour un hôtel de ce standing cela laisse un peu à désirer.
Le petit déjeuné était copieux et varié.
Toutefois le parking pour la voiture vous en coûtera quand même 25€ la journée
Chambre spacieuse, literie agréable, belle salle de bain et terrasse.
Le spa et très bien.
Nous avions le petit déjeuner et il est vraiment top, énormément de choix.

La vue côté lacs n'est pas forcément le plus beau des côtés, car elle donne surtout sur la route

We had breakfast every morning and the team run by Jerome and Marie is fantastic. We need more people like this in the UK! They are friendly and genuinely do their job with pride and profession. Jerome pointed me in the direction of some interesting books on Annecy as well. Even at busy times the buffet is really well run. The croissants are irresistible.
We had dinner twice in the hotel and had excellent service and lovely food.
The hotel is over the road from the lake and you can dip in there very easily. Walking into Annecy old town is about 1 km but it’s a lovely walk and helps you burn off all the food you have been stuffing. The view is amazing. I think you can hire bikes if you want to get there a bit more quickly. The hotel also has ample parking which you pay for. It has an indoor swimming pool and spa as well. The French staff on the front desk were always helpful and friendly. Do explore nearby Gorges du Fier, Grottes du Cerdon, Château de Menthon, swim in Angon or St Jorioz. We were lucky enough to experience Bastille Day with fireworks over the lake. Shopping is good too. France is such a beautiful county, Annecy is a gem and the hotel is perfect. Thank you.
