Location is great. Need a renovation, old style hotel. The second star for the service is for the valet parking the only one who care of guests. Reception has to be trained to upper service level. Didn t have time to try the spa so this review is not about them. With a renovation and the right team this hotel would be nice.

Went there for the animation film festival ! The place is just absolutely stunning !!

Hotel exceptionnel, service un peu moins. Pour le goûter plusieurs gâteaux destructurés, pas trop envie de manger. Table couverte de taches. Au PDJ on a commandé 2 cafés au lait, 1/4 heure plus tard, toujours rien. On a du réclamer. La serveuse a caressé le chien de la table voisine et est repartie servir plus loin !

The hotel is well located next to a public park on the edge of the lake. Parking is available in front of the hotel. The old town of Annecy is about 1.5 km away round the edge of the lake. Our room had a balcony, faced the lake and was extremely well appointed and comfortable. However, when the balcony doors were open, there was a lot of noise from the park, the nearby beach and the nearby beach club. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were on the terrace overlooking the lake. Service at mealtimes could be smoother and lunch and dinner could be rather noisy as explained above. All the staff were efficient, eager to please and happy to help.

Une grande partie du personnel n’a pas les qualifications requises pour un établissement 5 étoiles . L’accueil à la réception est correct , les espaces bien fleuris et le grand salon élégant , mais cela ne justifie pas les prix élevés de cet établissement. Les jardins de l’hôtel sont publics !!!!
