The room presented serious hygiene concerns — most notably, we encountered bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable. The shower was grimy, with visible mould and low water pressure, making it unpleasant to use. Additionally, the toilet had no sink, so we had to leave the room just to wash our hands — an impractical and unsanitary design flaw.
Despite its central location, the overall experience was uncomfortable and concerning. Definitely not up to standard.
