Central location, close to shopping, train and bus station, the park, easy to get everywhere within walking distance. The resting area by the reception is clean, quiet, and provides drinks for free. We really appreciate when we witnessed that there were two staff carefully cleaning the coffee machine, it makes us feel really taken care of. The receptionists are always very friendly, though we did notice that a few members of the room cleaning team were a bit less so.

Good rooms - everything thought of.
Lifts not working - not ideal for wheelchair users - long waits to use the only working lift.
Parking a nightmare with adapted van, but worked out in the end as hotel kindly allowed us to use a hotel only space. Otherwise nearest parking option would have been 20 mins walk away.

Świetny hotel z chyba najlepszym stosunkiem jakości do ceny w Annecy. Lokalizacja to niewątpliwy atut. Pokoje przestronne i dobrze wyposażone. Nie korzystaliśmy z posiłków ale kawa gratis w aneksie restauracyjnym na dole na duży plus.

Client fidèle d'Accor, j'ai été déçu cette fois-ci par mon séjour à l'Adagio d'Annecy. Nous étions quatre etil n'y avait pas assez de chaises dans l'appartement. Par ailleurs, c'est ma femme qui a fait la réservation et donc qui a été créditée des points accor alors qu'elle n'utilise pas son compte. J'avais demandé surplace

Nous avons passé une semaine à l appart hôtel et nous avons été très satisfait du logement ainsi que D. la situation géographique D. l hôtel.

Déçu car en arrivant dans la chambre nous réalisons que la douche coule très faiblement et cela n’a rien à voir avec les normes écologiques.
Une odeur d’urine très forte et là c’était la goutte d’eau.
Heureusement la personne qui etait à l’accueil nous a trouvé une autre chambre.
Là c’était plutôt ok mais c’est dommage de ne pas avoir un voile comme dans la chambre précédente, sûrement un oubli…
C’est pas confortable de devoir tout ouvrir et d’être vu de tout le monde.
La salle de bain était vieillissante ( joints, déchirés, porte qui ferme mal, trace de calcaire, et même pas de gel douche.
Il n’y avait que du lave main.
Nous sommes loin d’un 4 étoiles sans parler d’un des ascenseurs hors service et une attente décourageante pour aller au 5eme étage. Nous avons fait tout à pied.

We stayed in the property for 3 nights.
Some of the main Highlights were - Location and easy check in process. The reception staff were super friendly and also guided on where to park and how. We were also upgraded into a room with balcony. So nice and thoughtful. The balcony made our evenings special. Its central location meant we never needed to use any sort of transport within the city. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and a typical European breakfast with mostly cold items with hot scrambled eggs and boiled ones. The free tea coffee with lemon water was a nice touch. And the piano , games and books was such a well thought idea for the kids. The AC and water pressure was on point for us. Lowlights - during our entire duration, one of 2 elevators was broken. This lead to perpetual wait times. Access to the staircase was also not easy. Another was the strange toilet layout which did not include a washbasin/sink. We had booked the Studio for 3 people room and had to go around the room to bathroom. Not sure if a basin can be added structurally though. Another was the bathroom shower cabin had no rack or shelf to put the shower gel. Another minor inconvenience was the TV not having any non French channels. The room was a bit dated but it didn't affect us too much. I would surely recommend this to anyone

Très bon séjour
Aparthotel dont le personnel est très agréable. J'ai apprécié le confort et la propreté. Je tiens à remercier en particulier les 2 gouvernantes Nadia et Sabrina qui ont été d'une gentillesse et d'une bienveillance fantastiques.

Après un séjours de quelques jours en famille sur Annecy , nous sommes très satisfait de cette apparthotel bien équipé et qui propose plein de service .
Point Positif :
- Proche de la gare (5 min a pied).
- Quartier très calme proche d'un centre commercial (5 min a pied).
- proche du lac et du vieux annecy et des restaurants (15 min à pied ).
- appart propre et accueil sympathique du personnel .
Point Négatif
- Peux être un léger rafraîchissement dans les appartements .
- Léger attente quand un de deux ascenseur est en panne .
Je reviendrais.

Bon séjour, calme, personnel à l écoute et sympathique . Propre. Garage en sous sol agréable Un petie bémol, 1 ascenseur marchait sur les 2 pendant notre séjour.

The hotel is central and around the corner from the railway station. We received an upgrade to a 4-person apartment, which was a kind thought. It was unfortunately on two floors though and directly under the roof of the building. It has a great view, fairly clean and with plenty of space, but with daily temperatures over 30 oC and weak air conditioning, it was rather warm and stuffy. Nevertheless, the extra space was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was relatively chaotic, placed across a narrow wall and nothing spectacular. It regularly looked ransacked. The scrambled eggs didn’t even taste like eggs. In retrospect we should have prepared our own breakfast in the room. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

Bad points….. So we had booked this studio under the impression it was a double bed and a single bed, it was not. It was a double and a sofa bed. So this has to be made up every night for my 12 year old. If he wanted to go to bed early then there was nowhere for us to sit. I believe if you book the room for 4 then there is a pull out mattress under the couch which makes the fourth bed. |We went to reception to query this and the ‘manager’ couldn’t have cared less. This is what all the rooms are like and we could sit on the dining table chairs when our son was in bed. We wouldn’t have booked it if we had known this was the case. |One of the 2 lifts was broken for the four days we were there with no obvious attempt to fix it. This caused mayhem as it’s quite a small lift anyway and during the day it would be filled with the cleaning staff and their bin bags and cages who made no attempt to get out to let you in. Thankfully we were 4th floor so used the stairs a lot but would have been very annoying if you were on the 7th floor.|We were in room 412 which was directly opposite the laundry room. Which at night wasn’t a problem but at 9am it turned into a ‘staff room’ for the cleaners. They wedged the door open and woke us up laughing and chatting right outside our door. Very frustrating. |Good points….. the beds were comfortable. Plenty storage. Air con worked well. |Shower was good. |Location was perfect. 10 min walk into the old town. |10 min walk to the monoprix supermarket, which is upstairs in what looks like a department store. |We didn’t have breakfast as we bought pastries and just ate them in the room in the morning. |It has a parking garage which is €16 a day.|Overall the goods outweighed the bad and would stay there again.

Esperienza piacevole, colazione interessante e ricca. Da migliorare la pulizia delle stanze. Abbiamo atteso l'orario del check-in per accedere alla camera che in realtà era piena di polvere...ci vorrebbe maggiore attenzione alla pulizia. La colazione abbondante ma sarebbe utile indicare con delle targhette la descrizione del prodotto. NB. Ho effettuato il checkin online per velocizzare ma alla fine il tempo perso al bancone è stato davvero tanto.

Très bon accueil avec des membres du personnel très attentifs et aux petits soins.
L'Aparthotel est très bien placée. Bel appartement, avec tout à disposition (fer à repasser, ustensiles de cuisines...).
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et diversifié. nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous recommandons !

L'aparthotel est très bien situé, nous n'avions pas besoin de prendre la voiture, proche du vieux centre, du lac, restaurants, magasins.... Le lit était très confortable et le logement était bien équipé...

We’re a family of three (with a toddler) and spent five nights in a Superior Studio with a balcony. The room was compact, well laid out and felt cozy and comfortable. The balcony was a lovely bonus – it let in lots of natural light and made the space feel nice and open.
The location was super convenient, right on the edge of the old town with plenty of great food options nearby. It was also really handy being so close to the bus and train stations. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.
We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Emplacement idéal : proche gare et commerces, entre 5 â10 min à pied du vieux Annecy, environnement calme
Aménagement intérieur de la chambre : juste parfait, propreté, rangement, équipement
Personnels de l'hôtel accueillant et toujours disponible

Les plus : chambres confortables, insonorisées, plutôt bien équipées
L’hôtel est bien situé, pas loin du centre ville et du lac avec un parking sous terrain (très important car se garer à Annecy est vraiment très compliqué)
Le personnel est accueillant
J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’espace au rdc avec un machine à boissons chaudes gratuite (café, chocolat, thé …) , un baby foot , un piano, des jouets pour enfant, le tout à côté de la salle de sport et du sauna
petits bémols :
Il y a une cafetière dans la chambre , mais pas de café (peut être un oubli ?)
Pas de prise dans la salle de bain : il y a un sèche cheveux intégré mais aucune prise , donc pas pratique pour un lisseur ou un rasoir électrique
Une femme de chambre est entrée sans frapper mais je pense que c’était un remplaçante
