Lo único que me gustaría destacar es que al llegar por la noche y encontrar la recepción cerrada, tuvimos dificultad en acceder a la habitación que habíamos reservado y pagado previamente.
Al lado de la puerta de entrada de la recepción había un cartel con instrucciones (en francés y inglés) de como acceder a las habitaciones.
Como no domino estos 2 idiomas, he necesitado la ayuda de una huésped para poder entrar.
Al ser España un país vecino en que miles de sus ciudadanos visitan a Francia todos los años, deberían ser mejor considerados ...

The hotel was fine, the lady at reception very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was great. But the organisation’s corporate attitude left a lot to be desired. If you arrive outside of the reception desk’s opening hours, you are expected to “check in” at a self-service machine. This machine was out of order, and there was a piece of paper attached, explaining this in French and English, together with an invitation to press a button for further assistance. My first call went unanswered. Upon calling a second time I was answered by a lady who quite clearly couldn’t care less. First she told me to use the machine - she did not know that it was out of order. After I explained this, I was told “Reception opens at 5, you’ll just have to wait.”
When the receptionist did arrive (quite some time before 5, it must be said), she was most apologetic, saying that the response was not normal.
The attitude of the lady answering the call was reprehensible, to say the least - lackadaisical in the extreme. It is an attitude I have often encountered in France.

Arrivé à 16h00 personne a l'accueil, automate en panne résoudre le problème avec le numéro d'urgence, après 15 mn a trouver une solution on peut accéder à sa chambre, la chambre était propre, et d'un bon confort, le petit déjeuner est bien mais 11,90 €, la machine a café dans la salle d'accueil en panne.

Hôtel propre, petit déjeuner sympa, manque juste la possibilité de contacter l'hôtel une fois la réservation faite mais sans passer par un numéro surtaxé, ou a minima avoir un mail pour communiquer avec le concierge

Cependant, personne à l’accueil et la borne ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai dû patienter sous 35° pour accéder à ma chambre.
De plus, la lunette des toilettes était un peu cassé et sur la serviette de la sdb il y avait une trace de sang…
Et il n’y a pas de poubelle dans la chambre !
