Excellent séjour dans un établissement accueillant, confortable, et attentionné. Dommage que nous n'ayons pu dîner sur place compte tenu de la fermeture d'un des restaurants et de l'indisponibilité du second restaurant à l'heure que nous souhaitions

An excellent stay in a fine hotel with a well deserved reputation for its food. The service, especially the transport to and from the ski slopes, was outstanding.

While the property is undeniably charming, there were a few key disappointments.||||One surprising downside was the lack of cozy common areas—there were no outdoor firepits or indoor fireplaces, which felt like a missed opportunity, especially in a mountain setting where warmth and ambiance are so important.||||The spa was also underwhelming. While it advertised a hot tub and an indoor/outdoor heated pool, the reality fell short. The hot tub was outdated and maintained at a tepid temperature, making it far from relaxing. The indoor/outdoor heated pool was disappointingly cold, and overall, the spa lacked the warmth and inviting atmosphere we had hoped for.

The facilities at this hotel are fantastic, in a great setting underneath Monte Bianco. Outdoor pool with a great view, warm water, sauna, steam, clean toilets, hot tub, and some very soft bath robes.
