By far the best hotel we experienced during our trip to France. The service was exceptional — attentive, warm. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the facilities were second to none: a beautiful pool and spa with stunning views, large and serene sauna and steam room. The views were breathtaking, and the property itself is both stunning and immaculately maintained. Truly a dream stay!

The staff at the hotel and Restaurant Albert 1er were professional, friendly and anticipated our needs. We ordered drinks on the second day and the server led us to the covered outdoor space and knew who we were and what room we were staying in. The views were amazing and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The hotel is very convenient to the main part of Chamonix. Our experience at Restaurant Albert 1er was unique and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. After thoroughly enjoying our dinner the first evening, we were invited to come back the following night for a personalized dinner which the chef would prepare so that nothing would be the same as the first evening's dinner. This was a unique opportunity to experience the creativity of a Michelin starred chef who saw this as a challenge to create an entirely new menu using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients for just one couple. He, and the staff, exceeded all our expectations!

Truly 5 star, we stayed 3 nights in May. The property is stunning, the room was designed so nicely and we felt at home there. The food in the restaurants was heavenly, the service around the whole property was outstanding. May was the perfect time to go as it was not packed, the views were magical, but there was no snow on the ground. Highly recommend!

Un superbe hôtel à Chamonix. L'accueil est chaleureux et les chambres sont très confortables, avec une décoration typique, soignée et de bon goût. Nous avons séjourné une seule nuit et ne sommes pas allés dans les restaurants de l'hôtel par manque de temps mais notre expérience était parfaite. Les différents espaces sont plein de caractère et de charme. La piscine du spa, avec vue sur les montagnes, est incroyable. Et nous avons profité des vélos mis à disposition par l'hôtel pour aller faire une promenade matinale très agréable sur les sentiers de randonnée à proximité. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour extrêmement agréable dans cette belle maison.
