We enjoyed our stay in this hotel during our holiday. Best hotel in Chamonix, with very helpful staff, clean rooms and geat services. I recommend this hotel. It is exactly in the city centre of Chamonix.

We've stopped at many 5 star hotels and this one goes above and beyond. The service is amazing, staff can't do enough to help you and are so friendly. From check in to drinks service in the lounge to the driver to the housekeepers. Transfers to the slopes are excellent and if you need a slightly different time due to a lesson or need to leave early as the weather is bad they are only too happy to try their best to accommodate you. The cakes at 4.30 and savouries at 6.30 in reception are a great idea. The spa is fabulous and children can use it any time, you have to book an hour slot to use it so that it doesn't get too busy. The rooms are clean and smart. The heating is via a radiator so no noisy air con. Rooms are well soundproofed- we were by the street which is pedestrianised until 6.30 in the morning so you did get a but of traffic noise through the window in the morning as they tended to be bigger vehicles doing deliveries. So if you're a light sleeper book a river view room. We were in a Brevent double room and had a bath with shower over the top so no separate shower. Beds and pillows are comfy. Can't fault the hotel at all. In a perfect location right in the middle of Chamonix

الفندق جميل جداً ومريح وفي وسط البلد أجنحته جميله وفخمه ورائعه وغرفه انيقة ويطل على النهر من جهه وعلى الجهه الاخرى الشارع في قلب الداون تاون يميزه طرازه ويسعدك طاقمه من حفاوة لاستقبالك وضيفتك ويجذبك ترحيبهم لك وارشادهم وكذالك الحجز لك في جميع فعليات شامونيه حقاً يستحق الزيارة العائليه بقوه ????
