Every now and then, you stumble upon a place that reminds you why dining out can still feel like magic. This restaurant manages to outshine many decorated kitchens with nothing but talent, heart, and a fearless sense of creativity.
The surprise menu alone is worth the visit: Each course arrives like a well-kept secret, revealing a chef who not only understands balance and flavor, but who brings an infectious good mood to the plate. There’s joy in the food, and an individual perspective that makes the whole experience feel personal and fresh. Sometimes bold, sometimes subtly whimsical, but always honest.
What elevates the evening even further is the pairing. The suggested wines and cocktails are spot-on, sometimes surprising choices, yet perfectly aligned with the menu. There’s a confidence here, but not arrogance - just quiet excellence.
In short, this is a place that punches far above its weight. Highly recommended for anyone tired of predictable dining. Come hungry and curious.
Wenn ich mich nicht irre, gibt es 14 Sitzplätze. Die Gäste werden von zwei Personen umsorgt - eine Person in der Küche und eine im Service. Beide leisten ganze Arbeit. Es gab ein fantastisches Essen in mehreren Gängen auf hohem Niveau, dazu die passende Weinbegleitung, einen sehr guten Service mit sehr netter und kompetenter Erklärung der einzelnen Gänge (die ja jeweils eine Überraschung sind) und der Weine in entspannter Atmosphäre. Die Zusammenstellungen waren sehr originell. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Absolute Empfehlung!
