This was a fun spot for dinner. We loved every dish that we tried. Friendly staff, cosy atmosphere. Loved that it was dog-friendly (we didn’t bring our dog on our trip so seeing others made us happy!) Thank you for a great dinner.

Lugar OBLIGATORIO para ir si estás en Lourmarin o alrededores. Recomendable escribir por ig para reservar. Variedad de platitos muuuuy buenos con vinos. Quienes atienden son muy copados. El ambiente es muy lindo, con mesas adentro y afuera. Vayan y pidanse (si comen) el falso jamón crudo, una cosa de otro mundo.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at Bouchon.
The first two dishes came out very quickly, and then there was a wait of 35-40 minutes before the other dishes followed. The shells of the pork tacos were stale, and the “ceviche” had prawns that were cooked to the point of being rubbery. Given the quick service, it seems that the chef simply had these dishes lying around.
With the other dishes, again the flavour was very disappointing. The broccoli dish was simply boiled broccoli on unseasoned polenta, and the beef and aubergine were just dredged in raw soy sauce. It all felt lazy.
It seems that the restaurant had only one chef working to feed a packed restaurant, which probably explains the long wait and the poor food. I feel sorry for him!
That said, the wine we had was delicious - the only enjoyable thing about our meal.

food was impeccable! every dish was done perfectly!! especially love the aubergine! and Martin and the team were extremely welcoming and nice !!! highly recommend this place

Visité à plusieurs reprises , mon restaurant préféré à Lourmarin , tout ce que j’aime .
La convivialité, l’accueil, Thomas et Martin font tout pour qu’on se sente « à la maison ».
Et la cuisine !!! Car oui on vient quand même ici aussi pour la nourriture , un délice inventif ! Un mélange de toutes les cuisines que j’aime revisitees par Thomas … des classiques , des mets moyen-orientaux interprétés , pour les aficionados de Ottolenghi et Julien Sebbag … mais pas que , si vous ne connaissez pas … courez y

Wow! The service is kind, warm, professional and cool. The food is excellent—the flavors are perfectly paired. Just go with the flow and let the waiter bring you whatever he recommends.

Une petite perle nichée dans un magnifique village. La nourriture est excellente, le service impeccable, et le personnel très chaleureux. Le meilleur restaurant de Provence !

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Really friendly staff, good service, flavors were out of this world, by far one of the best lunch we had in the area - highly recommend it!

Une adresse incontournable à Lourmarin ! Que ce soit en amoureux ou entre amis, vous passerez un moment mémorable. La cuisine est raffinée, l’accueil sincère et chaleureux, et le cadre, en plein cœur du village, est tout simplement magnifique. Ce restaurant est une véritable institution où l’on se sent bien, du début à la fin. Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus

Had a lovely diner at Bouchon! The restaurant is tucked away on a little side street in Lourmarin.
The dishes are inventive and the flavours were wonderful, there is clearly a lot of thought behind them.
Our waiter was lovely and very attentive he just could have done with an extra staff member as he was run off his feet! As a result we had to wait a little for our drinks to be replenished. However, this didn’t spoil a lovely evening!

Wow, from start to finish our experience at Bouchon was sensational. We had outstanding service, giving us great recommendations - including their own berry gin and the tuna tartare. The dips (labneh in particular) were excellent!! Must visit in Lourmarin!!

Great little restaurant. The hosts were very friendly and the food was really good. We also had great Red wine from the region. Lots of vegetarian options as well. We dined with tables laid out in the street as it was a special occasion in Lourmarin.. great atmosphere

C'est dans une petite ruelle que nous découvrons avec surprise le restaurant Le Bouchon.
Un accueil agréable, une déco et une ambiance sympa. Une fois le menu en main, nous découvrons les plats.
Lorsque les plats nous sont servis, le serveur nous les detaille puis c'est une envolée de surprises, des saveurs qui nous font voyager, des épices que nous découvrons et qui nous envoûtent, et des vins locaux délicieux.
Une attention particulière faite par le serveur, qui prend le temps de voir s'il ne nous manque rien.
Les menus sont créés par le patron, qui avec son équipe, les voyages qu'ils ont faits nous permettent de faire ce si beau voyage avec ce mélange exotique.
A découvrir surtout.

Lovely restaurant just off the main tourist street.
Amazing host with passion for great food and wine, would highly recommend going here over any of the other restaurants in town.

We had a perfect evening here. Highly recommend 10/10, we had a table outside and shared some really good dishes. High quality food and amazing service. Would come again right away.
