Disappointed !
We were excited when we discovered the hotel. We booked the best category room which is 250e per night.
I understand hotel concept is ecological but you can do better !
We arrived at lobby , they gave us room key and 1 paper which explains how thing work and tell us how to go to our room by ourself.
The room is very empty dirty and old. The table we have in the room is OLD not vintage. Bathroom with the black stone concept doesn't look clean ,old and plastic sink? Doesn't make sense
The bed was not comfortable.
There is a swimming pool in front of our room but they leave the cleaning robot in the pool all the time! We stayed 2 days and it There all the time.
Breakfast was ok. Staff just show us table and that's it. They don't even propose hot plate dish. Cold breakfast buffet.
We booked dinner at the gastronomique restaurant. It was Ok for 160e
boring with ingredients, lot of chickpea and almond milk ,beetroot..... barely have protein.
Leak of staff missing out the hospitality feeling! Service need to be improved, staff was not friendly.
It was an ok experience. But wouldn't want to go back again. Not worth it

Cadre magnifique, on se sent comme à la maison !!! le personnel est d’une gentillesse tout comme Nadia, la chef qui vient prendre du temps pour vous saluer . Merci indéfiniment pour ce voyage culinaire, et ce calme. La cuisine gastronomique est top, j’ai découvert de nouvelles saveurs. Je recommande. Vivement !!!

The overnight and dining experience were lovely but fell short on a couple of counts which stop it from being top notch. The food was outstanding but no cereal products were used which make it almost like a series of divine tapas. The pétanque court had weeds and dog droppings making a game less inviting. On the other hand, the rooms were perfect, the pools lovely, and the staff gave high satisfaction. All in all one needs to balance the price against these considerations since it is positioned as premium.

Nous avons participé à un atelier de cuisine ce samedi et Nadia Sammut est tout simplement extraordinaire ! Du potager aux cuisines en passant par le four solaire l'expérience fut complète et tellement enrichissante !!! Tout ce qu'elle fait est réfléchie, cohérent, moderne et encré dans un projet avec une vraie conscience de demain. Sans oublier de mettre le goût à l'honneur en bousculant les habitudes de chacun afin de faire évoluer l'esprit cuisine et les habitudes de tous.
