This hotel is exactly what we wanted. It is not fancy or expensive, but it is clean, the rooms are small but nicely fitted with nice tile and a few elegant touches, and the location could not possibly be better! It has charm with internal stone walls and exposed wood beams, an elevator if you need one, and the view from our window is of the front of the Palais des Papes. You could fall out the window onto the square in front of the Palais! We can walk to the clock square and to virtually every restaurant, not to mention the Pont of Avignon and there's literally ice cream and multiple restaurants within yards of the front entrance. I really like this hotel. But you should not judge it by the entrance or the reception desk. The doors are plastered with unnecessary stickers, and the reception area decor made me think we were entering a brothel!

Right in the town centre outside le Palais des papes. Great location. Lots of things to do and see nearby. Very friendly hotel staff. Very clean room with towels and soaps/ shampoo. Hairdryer in the room too. Would highly recommend.

Une réservation prise seulement 2h avant, un super service et des plats exceptionnels (menu du centenaire testé et validé !)
Un cadre très sympathique et reposant en plein cœur d'Avignon !

Restaurant de l’hôtel très décevant.
Accueil chaleureux qui donne envie de s’installer, cadre sympathique mais une fois assis : la serveuse semble perdue et non qualifiée, sans énergie !!
Nous commandons un burger frites : le burger était plutôt bon, mais les frites vraiment pas bonnes ! Ok elles ne sont pas maison, on le sait, mais aux vues du prix, elles ont vraiment un mauvais goût !
A cela, on rajoute 2 boissons (softs) qui sont hors de prix vu la qualité des plats servis.
Nous ne recommandons pas ce restaurant.

Je suis arrivée en plein milieu du festival, aucun hôtel ne pouvait m'accueillir.
J'ai eu la chance de tomber sur une réceptionniste blonde très gentille et accueillante qui m'a donnée la dernière chambre de disponible avec un tarif réduit, certainement dû à l'heure de mon arrivée.
J'ai eu une très belle chambre climatisée, propre et fonctionnelle.
Belle vue sur le palais des papes.
