Très bel accord des saveurs.
Seul bémol, une table devant la vue panoramique mais trop sur le côté, alors que j avais bien spécifié que c était l anniversaire de mon mari et que je voulais lui faire découvrir ce lieu , que je connaissais et dont j avais gardé un grand souvenir !
Mon mécontentement, je l ai fais ressentir et ayant réglé une facture de 400€ pour deux personnes !
cela méritait un digestif offert !

We had decided prior to arriving that we would be opting for the “Expressions” - a full tasting menu - showcasing local produce, outstanding skill and execution as well as the wit, humour and personality of Monsieur B! Although there wasn’t a specific “wine flights” - we were treated to some exceptional pairing recommendations by the flawless service and sommelier staff!
I really couldn’t fault any of the dishes - and wouldn’t wish to ruin the surprise for anyone - so shall not go into great detail about each individual plate, however I was blown away by the Sole with pistachio - and especially the rice pudding (served with cloudy sake) !!
Michelin marvel - don’t hesitate, if you can get a table!
