Hotel and staff were wonderful with the exception of Sophia at the front desk. She was very nice when I checked in, however, she became irritated when I asked her to call me a cab. I don't speak French and since she speaks French and English. I didn't think that this was a difficult request. I would not have been able to communicate with the cab driver on the phone. She also got very snappy when she was using the French word for steam room in the spa and I didn't understand what she meant. The rooms, other staff and environment were great but I expect that to be treated nicely for the entire stay by the receptionist and not just the first 5 min. After all, I am the guest and the reason that she has a job.
Also, thus hotel is at least a mile from town and the only food is available at breakfast which was very good!

Réservation fin avril début mai. Prix plus élevés car sur la période des vacances. Mais c'est mérité.
A 10 minutes à pied de Saint Remy, très bien pour ne pas avoir de problème pour se garer.
A 2 minutes à pied du site archéologique de glanum.
Chambre supérieure avec terrasse, proche de la piscine. Parfait ! Entrée individuelle, comme un petit bungalow.
En été, il doit faire très chaud dans la chambre mais il y a une climatisation. Grande chambre, grande salle de bain (manque de rangement). Très bon accueil !
Spa très agréable. Il faut réserver et il est payant (25€).
Petit déjeuner complet, sucré, salé. Parfait.
Je recommande.

Chambre propre et bien insonorisée.
Petit déjeuner parfait.
La personne à l'accueil est vraiment sympathique.
Petit bémol (pour chipoter) : Le designer de vos pommeaux de douche ne les a visiblement pas essayer. Ne faites pas comme lui.
Car ils ne sont pas adapté pour prendre une douche (!?) vu leur forme. Du coup, on est obligé d'ouvrir l'eau à fond et mettre de l'eau de partout. Ce qui est un comble quand on voit la très grande taille de la douche.
