La salle n’a effectivement rien de folichon, et le service, très attentif, est inégal entre les tables.
Mais c’est clairement l’un des meilleurs repas de ma vie!!!
C’était comme un voyage, une découverte de mariages inconnus, de pistes inexplorées…
On est loin du classicisme parfois attendu des trois étoiles français!
Une expérience inoubliable et époustouflante.

The best French restaurant from my standpoint. The chef mixes its African origins with the Southern France ingredients in a very unique way. The dishes are very original and tasty. The personnel is very nice and professional. The location is probably too small, but modern and smart.

Inventif, épicé, parfaitement réalisé, c'était un bonheur du début à la fin.
Un tout petit bémol pour la salle qui ne permet pas suffisamment de respecter l'intimité des convives, mais peut être une volonté délibérée de créer cette proximité avec la cuisine?
