We had the Marius set menu for lunch. The food was ok but definitely not worth a Michelin one-star status.
The protagonist of the menu is Bouillabaisse but by the forth dish, it gets a bit boring and uninspiring.
The Rock fish soup is too salty for our taste and we had to take it with bread to balance it out. The main course, different types of fish poached in soup, is no good; fish was overcooked and had no flavor that you would expect from fresh fish. The soup which the fish is soaked in too similar to the rock fish soup (or is the same?) they served in previous course. The soup’s taste was strong and too salty that it overshadowed whatever little flavor that was in the fish. The two courses were basically the same, except for the fish added to it.
The dessert from the trolley are all no good either.
The staffs were standoffish and pretentious. They had a “get-down-to-business’ attitude and had prioritized the food’s presentation than caring about the customers. Despite the beautiful view, we did not find the atmosphere relaxing nor the lunch enjoyable.

Très très bon restaurant. Menu dégustation en 7 plats, pas une faute de goût. Le cadre est très beau, les plats très bons et le service au top. Une mention spéciale à Aurore qui s’est occupée de nous avec délicatesse, professionnalisme et humour. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Le système d’appel d’offre est honteux qui ne sert qu’à engraisser la ville qui dilapidera la somme obtenue au mépris des conséquences pour vous et votre personnel
Il agit comme une guillotine pour le commerçant qui a investi tout sa vie dans son établissement acheté le fond de commerce avant que cette loi n’existe
Vous perdez la valeur de votre fond de commerce votre emploi et celui de vos salariés et on vous arrache un bien acquis dont vous n’aviez pas l’intention de vous en séparé j’imagine votre sentiment d’injustice et de colère
Alors tout les groupes immobilier ou d’investissement ou autres grosse fortune obtiendront tout les établissements de bord de mer puisque leur font sont immense
Je ne sais pas ce qui est possible de faire pour vous aider une pétition qui pourrait peut être vous servir en recours peut être que votre clientèle et les marseillais pourrait vous aider en se sens une médiatisation importante les réseaux sociaux pourrait peut-être aussi être utile
Les influenceurs arrivent à soulever des foules
Je vous souhaite d’arriver à sauver votre établissement je pense vraiment et ça serait peut être une première que Marseille et les marseillais pourrait vous venir en aide et j’en ferai partie courage à vous et votre équipe ????????
