Views and room are great. Lacks service. No help with luggage. Rude service and breakfast second to none.

Location and service is very good. Rooms are a bit run down. My room has lights that dim and flicker. Neither sink or bathtub plug work and have to be taken out. Shower head does not remain pointing at you. Room has been smoked in albeit not recently. Other rooms in party are similar. Breakfast is pretty good. Slightly disappointing for top 3 hotel in Marseille

Très bon hôtel, parfaitement situé, chambres spacieuses et propres. Très bien aménagé et service efficace, le personnel est souriant et avenant. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien fourni et les produits de qualité. Une bouteille de vin de la région nous a été offerte à l'arrivée et l'hôtel met à disposition de nombreux articles tel que pantoufles, peignoirs, articles de toilette... Le prix de la nuit est élevé pour la France mais nous en avons eu pour notre argent. Merci

Excellent emplacement
Emplacement idéal au Vieux port. Vue de la chambre magique sur le vieux port et Notre Dame de la Garde ! Petit déjeuner aussi en terrasse. Superbe.
