Accueil désastreux à la réception de l'hôtel. D'ailleurs la responsable devrait apprendre la politesse et le respect (dame à lunettes) On m'a facturé près de 100e de trop et quand je demande le remboursement elle me jette l’argent sur la table en me disant c'est ma parole contre la sienne. Cette attitude est choquante et pas digne de l'endroit. Excusez-vous et faites-vous petite quand vous commettez des erreurs! Sinon le reste du personnel est adorable (restaurants, piscine, chambre) et le domaine est magnifique. Dommage ce genre de personnage.

We had the great benefit of working with Gaël Rey, Concierge at Domaine de Manville. Gaël assisted us on a fantastic itinerary that included a cooking class, a petanque tournament, kayaking on a beautiful spring-fed river, a day on a boat from Marseilles to the Calanques, lunch in the Luberon, and dinner at the Bistrot Domaine de Manville. Gaël made every moment smooth! In all ways Gaël went above and beyond. If you have the opportunity to engage Gaël and experience the team at Domaine de Manville I highly recommend it. We are so very grateful and more than satisfied! Thank you, Gaël.
