Awful experience, rooms were nasty food was frozen, aircon barely worked. Avoid avoid avoid.
You have been warned spend more money and find somewhere I promise this hotel will ruin your holiday, it did ours!

We arrive and other friends of ours on the same trip advise to find another hotel if possible, how bad can it really be! |Our party booked 2 twin rooms with singles beds, we end up with doubles because of an error, so we are given an extra sheet, the hotel blames booking.com, so we go up to the room (in a very wobbly lift) the rooms and bathrooms are dirty with used towels and awful smelling rooms.|Maybe get a quick bite to eat of others grabs a toasty and its frozen in the middle! ||The surrounding area doesn't seem that safe, we walked in to Arles and the walk was not the most pleasant, we grabbed a lift back even though it was only 10 minutes. ||This hotel has put me off ever selecting an Ibis again. ||The staff are pretty useless, young lad was on his own i blame the management. ||we stayed here with 75 other guests and not one person had anything good to say about it.|Very disappointed....

La suite réservée a été très appréciée, bonne climatisation, lit confortable, silence apprécié; frigo très apprécié. Pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres : très appréciable (on suggère de pouvoir les ouvrir dans les deux axes, à l'allemande). Restaurant apprécié. Petit-déjeuner satisfaisant, avec quelques nuances: pas d'oeufs brouillés, pas de presse-agrumes ; gaufrier mais pas de préparation pour les faire. Très bon café (cela tient à la qualité des grains, très appréciée). Accessibilité avec valises un peu difficile, une rampe plus douce serait utile. Ascenseurs efficaces mais pris d'assaut.

A good location for a brief visit to city centre. Hotel is and feels out of time. Was expecting beyond basic, at least a bit, but it feels stuck in the 1990s.
