Cadre très charmant, je recommande les cocktails. Un peu déçue du côté restaurant.

Highly recommend for the service and location.

I stayed here in 2003 before its reincarnation. Some of the old Provencal over Roman ruins feel have been preserved, which I appreciate. The decor is now just a bit jumbled but gives a contemporary, edgy feel to the place.

All of staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were a given a tour of the hotel upon arrival. Somebody always picked up the phone when we called reception from the room. They did come to the room quickly as promised when we asked for help a couple of times. They gave us excellent recommendations for coffee and dinner; made reservations for us. They even arranged for a taxi driver who was willing to help us drag our luggage to the Marseille-bound platform. (No elevator, no escalator.)

Love the personalized welcome letter. The nougats and mini muffins that came with it were delish!

We did not have breakfast in the hotel. We ordered drinks from the bar one time then hung out at the couches by the fireplace. Excellently prepared drinks. Staff very accommodating to our preferences as one of us did not drink alcohol.

The hotel is 10 to 15-minute walk to the train/bus station. It's a block from Fondation Van Gogh, the river promenade, Museu Reattu. Five minute walk to Place de la Republique and St Trophime.

The only reason why I gave a 4, and I'd say it's actually 4.5, is that the light switches (which were buttons) did not always respond. Quite frustrating especially when turning in for the night. Less high tech switches may work better.

I have to warn you that taxis may not easily find it. It's next to the Therme Constantine.

We stayed for the last days of 2023. Hotel was surprisingly very busy.

Nous sommes allés au restaurant, le cadre est magnifique et le menu délicieux.

non abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in hotel ma solo di cenare al ristorante, bellissima location arredata con gusto in un palazzo meraviglioso. Cibo di grande qualità cucinato in maniera eccelsa, carta dei vini scarna con poca attenzione al territorio che ospita grandi cantine. Al momento del conto viene offerta l'opportunità di lasciare la mancia ( come negli Stati Uniti ) , il problema è che la percentuale minima è del 10% ed a fronte di un conto intorno ai 200€ a me risulta eccessiva , avrei volentieri evitato l'imbarazzo di negare al peraltro gentilissimo cameriere di applicarla, meglio il solito piattino che permette più libertà di scelta.

Un merveilleux bâtiment historique entièrement rénové par un bureau de design top, un service attentif, des prix étonnamment raisonnables, rien à redire et tout à apprécier

Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante e non soggiornato, ma gli spazi comuni sono davvero molto belli, disegnati da Jorge Pardo. È il ristorante è piacevole con pietanze buone e interessanti

Situé dans un ancien, luxueux hôtel particulier, le bel hôtel Arlatan propose une parenthèse gourmande au sein de son superbe restaurant. Belle prestation, beau produits, belles réalisations et bons vins. Et pour débuter pourquoi ne pas commencer par un cocktail signature ? Le lieu au design avant gardiste met en avant les belles vieilles pierres de l'édifice. A voir et à manger!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Arlatan, un lieu hors du commun avec un décor très coloré, extravagant, exotique et à la fois très classe. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chalereux et la disponibilité du personnel.
Nous avons également été touchés par la qualité du restaurant.
Un dépaysement totale ! Nous y retournerons !

Le whisky excellent

Je ne peux pas noter les chambres car je n'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel par contre le restaurant est fantastique : ambiance, décoration et bien évidemment les plats étaient succulents.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Arlatan in Arles, France. The cleanliness, comfortable bed, and the small yet exquisite breakfast were exceptional. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, with Antoine standing out for his exceptional service. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Arles.

LOVE the restaurant

Un dîner réussi est l’alchimie entre le cadre, le repas et le service, mais malheureusement le service n’a pas été à la hauteur du lieu et des plats proposés par la cuisine !
Une inégalité au niveau des prestations du service entre toutes les tables (ramassage des miettes de pains, possibilité de goûter le vin…), lenteur du service (20 minutes pour enlever les assiettes de l’entrée et plus de 40 minutes pour le plats…) et le peu d’enthousiasme de la serveuse…
Mis à part cela, la cadre du restaurant est très beau pour un dîner en amoureux et les plats proposés par la cuisine sont de très bonnes qualités gustatives et très bien présentés.

Perso, un endroit incontournable à Arles. La cuisine y est au top du top.
