I'm absolutely obsessed with these madeleines! The moment I took a bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The texture is perfect - soft and fluffy on the inside, with a delicate crispy edge. The flavor is sublime, with just the right amount of sweetness. I've tried madeleines from other places, but these are hands down the best I've ever had.
