This is obviously not a 4-star hotel, maximum 2, location convenient and really close to the centre.
Service was good and friendly, and I can't add anything else, just positive comments about people who are working in this hotel.
Breakfast was good.
Room, o my, small, we were with 2 small suitcases and we barely have a space to open them. The room was clean, but, bedlinen and towels so old, their colour looked grey.

Pas vraiment un 4 étoiles.
Hotel bien placé tout de même.
Chambre sale (sdb, sols, tasses à café), rideaux tâchés.
Des problèmes lors de la réservation. On réserve le parking et finalement il n’est plus disponible.

Hotel 4 étoiles proche de la fontaine de la Rotonde et du cours Mirabeau. Le personnel est sympa et répond au sollicitudes avec le sourire. La chambre (n°119) par contre n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles, car elle accuse le poids du temps. De plus elle est très sombre, triste à mourir, au point de devoir allumer la lumière en plein jour. L'autre point négatif le parking qui vaut 15€ par jour: un terrain vague très vite saturé vu le manque d'agencement du terrain. Petit déjeuner mériterait d'être un peu plus garni pour un 4*.

Propre tres bien placé, un personnel à l'écoute et sympathique, juste un parking pas adapté. Il y a peu il etait gratuit, depuis le début de l'année 14 euros ou 15 mais pas de place identifiée. On se retrouve à galerer pour se garer ce nest pas la mesure d un 4 étoiles

We drove by Aix-en-Provence as foreign tourists with a minor accident on the road and were in a hurry to find the nearest car rental station. Unfortunately I had to stop near the hotel for a “bio-break”. This is how I encountered with the hotel receptionist, whom coldly told me that the toilet in the lobby is “reserved to guests only” and I had to buy a bottle of drink in order to use it. As a “4-star hotel”, this is the situation I never encountered elsewhere in a hotel of a similar grade. Even when I implored to her that we were in an urgent situation and were lost in the city from where we needed to be, the lady insisted that rules had to be upheld with zero human empathy (including showing at least where the public toilets could be found in the nearby).
As a hotel in a tourist city but not situated on the busiest tourist street, which I would have understood stringent rules against passersby, it was very disappointing and made me but wonder in situations of urgent needs for hotel guests, would they offer the help that may not be written on their job descriptions?
Perhaps this is not the most valuable review for hotel booking, I thought it might still be helpful to share for international visitors to decide on their hotel bookings. After all, there are just so many options in this very lovely city.
