Exceptionnel séjour, nous avons été plus que ravis ! Hôtel idéalement situé.
Chambre très belle, propre et grande.
Une petite suggestion : un sèche serviette serait un plus quand on revient du Spa mais ça c'est peut être dans d'autres chambres.
Très grande piscine dans un superbe écrin, elle ne semble toutefois pas chauffée (fin sept).
Le jacuzzi nous est bien allé, il faut dire que nous en profitons le matin, avant l'ouverture des clients extérieurs, avantage à dormir sur place ????
Deux hammams, un tiède et un chaud.
Le sauna est agréable, rien de tel que la bassine d'eau froide juste après, essayez ! Ça réveille ????????
Personnel très poli et avenant.
Petit déjeuner varié, bon et copieux.
Navette avec le Pasino

Très bel endroit pour y passer qq jours. Au centre d'Aix en Provence. A l'extérieur, piscine + restauration donnant sur les toits de la ville.

Agree with the comments on this page. Clean rooms, very good location at the fringe of the city centre with a carpark just next door.
However very unhelpful curt Asian male staff with bushy eyebrows named ?atland (I am surprised he is in hospitality) who did not bother to help me with my concerns and brushed me off rudely, when the next day, the same issue was so settled easily by Erwan and his manager. My stay was negatively impacted by his service.

Thanks for your stay in our hotel.
As a reminder , you wanted to exchange a 500 euros note in the evening and they cannot do it. During our exchange the following day, i apologize again if the presentation was not the best in your opinion and you appreciated very well our discussion.
As a manager, the opportunity was given to me and i did it at that given moment ; you even added another one, what i also accepted just to meet your satisfaction.
By reading your feedback, i a really sorry to notice that the description you made of my colleague is very disrespectful especially since we found a comprise added to my apologises.
We ask you to understand that we are certainly committed to the quality of service but we guarantee our teams respect in the exercise of their functions.

Par contre le réceptionniste du dimanche 1er octobre après-midi qui m'a répondu au parking de derrière pour nous ouvrir a été très désagréable, le parking nous a été ouvert le matin par une de vos collègues qui ne nous a pas précisé qu'il était payant ! Et non ! Monsieur, nous n'en avons pas profité délibérément ! Dommage de finir une si belle journée sur cette note !
Nous sommes contents que vous ayez passé un très agréable moment pour notre offre "Brunch & Spa".
C'est avec grand regret que nous constatons ici-même ce malentendu qui attire notre attention.
