My husband and I stayed at the hotel during a leg of our honeymoon and overall it was a great place to stay- here are our pros and cons:
Pros:
- Excellent location and walking distance to town
- Very clean
- Large rooms and bathrooms
- if you have a car, parking garage is very close and easy to walk to from the hotel
Cons:
- We traveled during the changing of seasons and they had just moved from AC to heat and I feel for a 4 star hotel you should be able to dictate what the temperature of your room should be- our AC didn't work as they had it turned off and never got below 23C. We would open our door to the balcony but cigarette smoke would come in so we were stuck in a warm room.
- The hotel is nonsmoking but you can smoke on the terraces which can then enter your own room-even if your door is closed; It would be preferred to have all parts of the rooms smoke-free.
- You have a minifridge but nothing in it- It would be nice to have some amenities available for purchase

Nous vous remercions de votre appréciation que nous avons lu avec grand intérêt.
C'est un plaisir de savoir que votre séjour s'est bien déroulé dans l'ensemble, malgré certains soucis techniques soulevés.
Pour la clim, nous, à ce jour, nous n'avons pas de système alternatif.
Etant en période intermédiaire, il nous est difficile de faire ou clim ou chauffage, donc nous coupons le système pour ne pas pénaliser l'ensemble de nos clients que viennent d'horizon divers et n'ont pas la même lecture de la température.
Quant au Minibar, depuis le COVID, nous avons fait le choix de ne plus mettre de produits. Nous sommes désolés que cela ne vous satisfasse pas mais à ce jour, nous n'envisageons pas de faire le chemin inverse. Les réfrigérateurs sont à votre disposition pour vos besoins personnels.
Pour rappel, notre hôtel est non fumeur. N'hésitez pas à nous informer si vous constatez les agissements d'un client ne respectant pas la consigne.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. Always a very pleasant stay. Staff are always very friendly. One of the mornings, the breakfast was not set up at 6.30 am when it was supposed to be. Disappointingly, the machine that squeezes oranges for your breakfast OJ is gone. The pool area is a lovely place to relax, and the bar man makes a great gin & tonic. Great location for exploring Aix. Short walk from many bars and great restaurants.
