What a great experience. The concierge team was amazing and so kind to our children. They made the entire experience top notch for a Hyatt. We didn’t get a beach view but our view of the city and mountains was even more amazing in my opinion! And the in room breakfast spread… amazing. Such great service everywhere!

Outdated dirty rooms
Bathrooms were dirty. Rooms had layer of dust
Be careful before you touch door locks they are not wiped.

Patio can’t keep the curtains open because the near by residence can see thru. Privacy issue

Breakfast quality below par. Don’t waste your money.

Not sure how they are a five star. Stayed at many Hyatts and this is no where close to their lowest brand.

Expérience extraordinaire, le personnel était au top, les plats du restaurant était succulent. La piscine de l’hôtel semblait infinie. La chambre était très propre, nous avons passé 2 jours inoubliables au sein de cet établissement

Solid choice overall. Service was excellent—especially the concierge, who went above and beyond when we got sick and needed help. The hotel itself feels a bit dated in design, and not all rooms are equal—definitely book a water-facing room, as the ones facing the back are underwhelming. Balconies offer minimal privacy. The restaurant staff wasn’t particularly friendly, and the food was just okay. That said, the location is fantastic—easy access to Ubers and taxis, and walkable to key spots. Given the price point and our Hyatt status, we expected a more upscale experience.
