From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. At check-in, we were welcomed by Toma, whose professionalism and grace truly set the tone for our stay. He embodies the essence of courtesy and service, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. His warmth and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for.
The concierge dream team—Greg and Geoffrey—went above and beyond in helping us plan our adventures around Nice. They assisted seamlessly with our car rental, recommended top-tier restaurants, and curated a list of must-see sights in the area. They even arranged reservations at Plage Keller, a stunning beach club in Antibes that quickly became one of the highlights of our trip.
Toma, Greg, and Geoffrey exemplify hospitality at its finest. Thanks to their dedication and kindness, our vacation in Nice was truly unforgettable.
Bathrooms were dirty. Rooms had layer of dust
Be careful before you touch door locks they are not wiped.
Patio can’t keep the curtains open because the near by residence can see thru. Privacy issue
Breakfast quality below par. Don’t waste your money.
Not sure how they are a five star. Stayed at many Hyatts and this is no where close to their lowest brand.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The concierge assisted us with all our reservations and provided great recommendations. Since it was my grandmother's birthday, they kindly surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a dessert accompanied by a lovely note!
The rooms are spacious, featuring a corridor, two bathrooms (one with a toilet and the other with a sink and shower), and a bedroom.
The only downside is that the hotel rooms feel a bit dated, although they are clean and well-maintained. They’re not so old that they would make you uncomfortable, though! There is an Anantara hotel next door that offers fresher rooms for a similar price, but you would need to walk an additional 5-10 minutes to access the beach from there.
The hotel also boasts a beautiful area on the third floor, which includes a lovely terrace restaurant and a stunning pool with an amazing view.

Unfortunately, 3 out of the 4 nights of a stay, a nearby club was blasting music from 10pm until midnight, making it hard to get quality sleep. For that reason alone, I would probably not stay here again considering the price and the music issue.
