Personale più che gentile, discreto e sempre a disposizione.
La pulizia sarebbe da rivedere: abbiamo pernottato per 8 notti, durante le quali le lenzuola non ci sono state cambiate, hanno solamente sistemato il letto, non sono inoltre molto attenti alla doccia e al lavandino, tantomeno al pavimento (quest’ultimo lavato poco accuratamente).
In camera avevamo a disposizione un piccolo frigo che è molto comodo.
Inoltre l’hotel mette a disposizione un bellissimo giardino curato a completa disposizione.
Salle de douche bien équipée également
Seul petit bémol le petit dej qui pour le prix n’est pas folichon.
Mais point positif le petit jardin où le prendre.
The Bad: When we stayed in the double room we were immediately greeted by a stench. We didn’t say anything at first assuming it was just an odd cleaning spray would soon go away. Later that night, when we were about to fall asleep, we heard a lot of scampering and scratching noises in the walls (Most likely Mice). The hotel staff came right away, but said they were fully booked and couldn’t switch our room. We believe the
incessant smell to be from the mice urine in the walls.
There were also a handful of spiders, moths, and other bugs. I think the moths came in from a light fixture that had been pulled out of the ceiling and left to dangle in the air.
“3 stars” is a bit of a stretch. This is a 2 star hotel at best.
I would not stay again despite the great location.
