Byliśmy w tym naprawdę miłym miejscu 4 noce (początek lutego). Pokój przytulny, cieply i jasny z małym zielonym kawałkiem ogrodu na wyłączność. Pokoje czyste łóżka mega wygodne. Ładna łazienka na wyposażeniu ręczniki, szampon i mydło, suszarka do włosów. Przemiła pani recepcjonistka. Jeśli w hotelu byl ktoś zameldowany oprócz nas to nie odczuliśmy obecności innych osob. Bardzo cicho i naprawdę komfortowo się czuliśmy. HOTEL umiejscowiony ok 500 m od Promenady Anglikow ok 100 od hotelu piekarnia z ciepłymi bagietkami. Serdecznie polecam. Napewno tu wrócimy latem.

I stayed for five nights in early November and loved it. It feels like you are in A Room With a View, with a single shared dining table for breakfast and the small number of rooms - mine looked out onto the garden. Also, amazingly quiet. My only concern was that reception closed in the evening and I could not find anyone to help with a very loud man in the room next to me yelling into his cell phone late in the evening. He confronted me in the hallway after I tapped on the wall and I was quite uncomfortable. Fortunately he was gone in the morning and the rest of my stay in this lovely boutique hotel resumed untroubled.

Маленький затішний готель. Чудове розташування, практично в центрі міста, в 100 метрах від початку туристичної зони.
Приємний персонал. У готеля є власний маленький зелений дворик, де можна посідити, випити пляшку віна.
Стабільний та швидкий Wi-Fi.
Єдине зауваження - сніданки краще купити в закладі поруч, за ті ж самі гроші отримаєте гарячу страву.

Personnel plutôt distant. Chambre propre mais bruyante, zvec un bruit de claquementtoute la nuit. Vue sur arrière cour ou sont stockés les contenaires poubelles. Salle de bain un peu petite pour une chambre triple.
État général de la chambre moyen, avec de la peinture qui s écaille, des trous dans le mur, un abattant de toilettes qui tangue.
Pour résumer, hotel 2 étoiles et pas 3.

Nettes kleines Hotel, sehr ruhig, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück lecker, auf Wunsch gab es auch ein gekochtes Frühstücksei. Der Safe musste mehrfach vom Personal geöffnet, weil die Batterien leer waren.

Hotel collocato in una zona centrale di Nizza, vicino alla Promenade e abbastanza vicino alla stazione Nice Ville; vicino si trovano anche le stazioni del tram e del pullman.
Personale più che gentile, discreto e sempre a disposizione.
La pulizia sarebbe da rivedere: abbiamo pernottato per 8 notti, durante le quali le lenzuola non ci sono state cambiate, hanno solamente sistemato il letto, non sono inoltre molto attenti alla doccia e al lavandino, tantomeno al pavimento (quest’ultimo lavato poco accuratamente).
In camera avevamo a disposizione un piccolo frigo che è molto comodo.
Inoltre l’hotel mette a disposizione un bellissimo giardino curato a completa disposizione.

Hôtel sympa , accueil au top du top , chambre propre et équipée du juste nécessaire pour passer des nuits agréables ( literie agréable et clim)
Salle de douche bien équipée également
Seul petit bémol le petit dej qui pour le prix n’est pas folichon.
Mais point positif le petit jardin où le prendre.

The good: the hotel staff are very helpful and the location is great!

The Bad: When we stayed in the double room we were immediately greeted by a stench. We didn’t say anything at first assuming it was just an odd cleaning spray would soon go away. Later that night, when we were about to fall asleep, we heard a lot of scampering and scratching noises in the walls (Most likely Mice). The hotel staff came right away, but said they were fully booked and couldn’t switch our room. We believe the
incessant smell to be from the mice urine in the walls.
There were also a handful of spiders, moths, and other bugs. I think the moths came in from a light fixture that had been pulled out of the ceiling and left to dangle in the air.

“3 stars” is a bit of a stretch. This is a 2 star hotel at best.

I would not stay again despite the great location.

The staff here was extremely helpful. The room was very nice. Breakfast in the courtyard was pleasant. The reception staff was very kind to us. They were able to help us with some problems. Highly recommend.
