Expérience catastrophique.

J’avais réservé une table sur le rooftop pour une soirée très spéciale, avec confirmation écrite à l’appui. En arrivant, on nous place en intérieur: intérieur lugubre, sombre, excrément chaud et humide, sans aucune considération ni excuse valable. Aucune solution proposée, aucun geste commercial.

Résultat : soirée gâchée, on a dû quitter les lieux à la dernière minute pour chercher un autre restaurant dans l’urgence.

Une gestion des réservations désastreuse, un manque total de professionnalisme, et visiblement aucune considération pour les clients. Inacceptable pour un établissement de ce standing (du moins en apparence).

À fuir si vous tenez à votre soirée.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant. L’atmosphère était très agréable et la nourriture absolument délicieuse( chèvre recommandé) . Un grand merci à Alicia qui s’est occupée de nous du début à la fin avec beaucoup d’attention et de professionnalisme. il y a vraiment une différence entre et autres personel cela fait plaisir d’avoir une service comme elle nous la proposee car à un autre moment on a dû parler avec quelqu’un d’autre qui, elle en revanche n’était pas forcément tres motive ! cepandant alicia elle était vraiment investie et a rendu notre expérience encore meilleure. Nous recommandons.

L'endroit est joli mais le service est MERDIQUE et je pèse mes mots.
Nous sommes arrivées vers 16h pour boire un verre, nous nous sommes finalement laissé tenter par une burrata à partager, son prix 21€, sa taille minuscule, son goût fade, oui l'assaisonnement était totalement absent.. 3 rondelles de tomates l'accompagnait pour la déco mais rien de transcendant, rapport qualité/prix : aucune qualité pour un tarif qui en valait la moitié.
Nous avons accompagné cet en-cas à partager de deux cocktails sans alcool bien trop sucrés pour correspondre à la description.
À 17h30, l'une des serveuses qui ne nous a pas salué, se permet de couper notre conversation pour nous annoncer qu'à 18h15, il faudra libérer la table pour les réservations du soir.
Entre temps, on débarrasse notre table, nos assiettes et nos cocktails sans même que nous ayons terminé de déguster.
Une approche bien trop intrusive et agressive..
À 18h00, nous sommes tout bonnement mises à la porte. Une serveuse ne parlant pas français, s'amène d'un pas déterminé avec son TPE à la main pour forcer l'encaissement mais tout en discutant de sa vie privée avec sa collègue à notre table.
Nous étions venues parler affaires et cette équipe médiocre et manquant cruellement de professionnalisme n'a pas arrêté de nous déranger, de nous couper pour finalement nous humiliée comme s'ils nous avaient invité.
C'est lamentable de se comporter de la sorte avec des clients qui choisissent votre restaurant pour son cadre et à première vue sa tranquillité mais il n'en est rien.
Si vous comptez aller dans ce restaurant bas de gamme, faites demi-tour & fuyez, il n'en vaut vraiment la peine d'y dépenser son argent.
Dans la même rue, il y en a de bien meilleur en rapport qualité/prix et avec des sourires accueillants et bien plus chaleureux.
Le management apporté à cette équipe est médiocre et dégueulasse, ce sont des humains qui viennent dîner et non des chiens.

This restaurant is an experience. Our host Ivy was wonderful and answered all our questions about the menu. All the staff were so professional and calm. It was like a convertor belt of food coming out of the kitchen.
The food was incredible. We ordered the squid, octopus, raw ham, the aubergine, the croquettes, and the tablette dessert. It was all so delicious and delicate in taste.
We sat inside and its quite warm as its without AC. That would be the one thing that can be improved.

This was definitely my favorite food experience in Nice. Amazing concept, exceptional food and incredible staff.

The food is incredible, the staff super polite and a lovely environment. It was such an experience! Everybody should try it!

Disappointing Experience

We had been recommended this restaurant by friends, but unfortunately, our experience did not live up to expectations. We ordered the set menu, and two of the dishes arrived completely cold. The flavors were also underwhelming, and one of the dishes we chose not to finish at all due to it being cold and tasteless.

After receiving four courses, the server hastily cleared our plates and cutlery. We found this odd, as there were still dishes left to be served. After some effort, we managed to get the server’s attention and had to explain which dishes we were still waiting for—almost having to convince them that we hadn’t received them yet. The dishes eventually arrived, but no new cutlery or plates were provided, so we had to eat directly from the serving plates.

During the meal, a flower seller entered the restaurant, going from table to table selling roses. Surprisingly, none of the staff intervened. For a restaurant of this standard and price level, we found it quite unexpected that such interruptions were allowed.

When it came time to pay, the card terminal was placed on the table before we had a chance to review the bill, and the server explicitly pointed out the tipping options. He stood next to us and watched as we selected the tip amount—ranging from 10% to 20%. Tipping should be voluntary, and there is no reason for a server to oversee this part of the process.

The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere and a beautiful interior. However, I would suggest that the staff check the restroom more frequently—during our visit, there was toilet paper scattered across the floor in several places.

Ambiance chaleureuse mais cependant un petit peu bruyante avec un peu trop de musique, mais les plats et le service au top

Très déçu de notre expérience. Concernant la nourriture, rien à dire, c’était excellent. Par contre, le service est pitoyable. Presque 25 minutes d’attente pour un dessert et j’ai dû rappeler plusieurs fois au serveur. Le serveur vous met le lecteur carte sous le nez avant même que vous ayez eu le temps de vérifier l’addition. Heureusement, ma sœur a repéré une erreur pendant que j’étais en train de payer (des consommations supplémentaires que nous n’avions pas commandées avaient été ajoutées). En lisant les autres avis, ce n’est pas un cas isolé. Je ne suis pas très fan de la tactique pour inciter à laisser un pourboire. C’est normal que vous souhaitez valoriser le service, mais c’est plutôt culotté quand le service est si mauvais.

Great food, amazing staff and very nice rooftop although the view from there is a bit difficult. Will come again for sure.

This place served delicious Mediterranean tapas. The service was wonderful and the rooftop is beautiful, with hanging wicker lights and lovely green foliage. Such a great vibe and everything was so tasty. The bathroom also had a pleasantly fun vibe.

Very disappointed with this restaurant. The food is not good. The pimientos de padron and the haricots verts were cold. The cod critters were also cold and tasteless. There is barely any fish in them, they were very dry as well, we couldn’t eat them. It was as if they had come out of the oven an hour before, the outside wasn’t crispy as it should be. Had to go to Ma Nolan’s across the road after to get more food, and the battered cod there was better. The fettuccine was nice though. The interior design is nice and the toilets are really cool!

Rekommenderar starkt!! Fantastisk trevlig personal som hjälpte oss med våra stora resväskor och erbjöd bärhjälp. Gav även massa tips på ställen vi kan besöka. Maten var så god, vi delade på flera olika rätter och allt smakade så bra!

Absolutely delicious. One dish was better than the next. The eggplant was my absolute favorite though. It is a must.

Première expérience au Bocca.

Excellente découverte de ce restaurant. L’idée de partager chaque plat est incroyable.
Chaque plat regorge d’aliment frais et goûtu.
Je recommande très fortement ce restaurant.

Le cadre est magnifique, Le service est impeccable et rapide, la nourriture est juste excellente. Liam s’est occupé de nous, et je le félicite pour son professionnalisme, son sourire et son amabilité. Je n’étais que de passage À Nice, et je serai capable de revenir à Nice, rien que pour cet endroit. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, un grand bravo à toute l’équipe et mes compliments au chef.

Bek’s service was to tier. No complaints. Food was nice and atmosphere was good with the DJ.

Lekker eten! Leuke vibe/concept en heel vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden Alicia als serveerster en ze was echt super lief en behulpzaam ???? personeel dat vriendelijk is, is heel belangrijk in de horeca en dit was hier wel top.

We went to the rooftop, it’s very beautiful especially during blue hour. The place has quite a casual feel to it. Service was great, I had a reservation at 21.15, we got there 4 mins early and were asked to wait outside for 5mins. Maybe they needed to get the table ready, I don’t know. The waiter we got was very knowledgable and explained the concept, also gave us some great recommendations. We had aubergine (great, advise from our waiter as one of us was vegetarian), truffle pasta (good, but I had better before) and sea bass ceviche (good, not mind blowing). Overall great price and quality ratio, nice place, professional service. I had champagne which increased the total dramatically, but if you choose something more sensible it would cost less.
My friend was vegetarian and there was a lot of vegetarian options which is quite nice for the location.
