When it comes to world-class dining experiences, Mirazur is at the top of our list for charm and culinary magic. Stunning setting in the picturesque French Riviera in Menton, this Michelin three-star gem is worth visiting. Prior to our meal we had a tour of the gardens and sustainable practices that inform the Mirazur menu. Depending on the time of year you visit, you will experience the Mirazur Universe in one of four variations: roots, leaves, flowers, fruits. Our visit correlated with Mirazur Leaves Universe: a journey guided by the movement of sap in plants. It was incredible. The cheese cart was art! We had a wonderful experience, highly recommend

Magnifique expérience au Mirazur. Notre visite date de février 2025 et nous en gardons un très bon souvenir. Petite note à moi-même : venir plutôt en soirée d'été afin d'avoir la chance de profiter de la magnifique vue depuis la table.

E' Poesia il luogo ma ancor di più le persone che con passione, professionalità e cortesia lo vivono. Lo chef, Mauro Colagreco, persona semplice e cordiale riesce a coniugare con magia i prodotti che coltiva nei suoi giardini abbiandoli a ciò che la terra ed il mare offrono nella diversità delle stagioni. Il menù Radici per me è stratosferico perfettamente abbinato ad una selezione intelligente di vini francesi proposta dal bravissimo sommelier Davide.
Un altro Davide ci ha servito con grande maestria. Ed ora bisognerà tornare per poter degustare le foglie, i fiori e la frutta....Bravissimi!
