Had an amazing 9-course diner with wine pairing !
We were sitting in the kitchen (there is a table sitting up to 8 people right next to the chefs, separate from other guests), adding something very special to the experience.
Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and made an effort to fit our group's mindset. Special thanks to the sommelier who spent an incredible amount of time answering our questions, understanding our expectations in tasting a variety of "less-known" wines, with some incredible discoveries.
Everything from start to finish was on point. The menu was designed around roots (turmeric, beetroots, ginger, turnip etc.) to match the season. The idea was to explore the interactions between "heaven and earth". Dishes were full of surprising flavors, with every combination matching perfectly.
It lasted around four hours from start to finish, including a tour of the wine cellar, but felt like an hour and an half. Will be hard to beat !

Alors nous avons êtes déçu. Pas dé whaou pas de surprises. Pour 450€ par personnes pour nous sa ne les vaux pas . Oui c t bon mais sans plus . On a beaucoup aimé le service avec des serveurs très atypique. Je n y retournerai pas .

Great white truffle experience here within this year and for the specific dish I think you have better to try it by yourself, because it can be called such as amazing, yet, the dessert is just fine and normal standard.
On the other,the service quality is perfect and impossible to find any problems from this part, moreover, when I went to there the weather was raining and they given one umbrella to me for free.
Will be back when the time turns on to the white truffle season next year

بصراحه مااثق فيهم لان منتجاتهم تعتمد على دهن الخنزير والميه من الاغنام
Cette fois, menu fruits, des agrumes à la châtaigne, tout était parfaitement travaillé. La beauté de chaque assiette est incroyable, le mélange des saveurs parfois déroutant mais toujours logique en bouche.
Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce bon moment.
