Остановились в отеле — в целом впечатления положительные. Очень прикольное расположение: море буквально в паре минут ходьбы, шикарный пляж, отличное место для отдыха и прогулок. Рядом много кафе и магазинчиков, вечером атмосферно. Номер уютный, кровати удобные, кондиционер работал хорошо. Единственный минус — уборка могла бы быть получше: пару раз забывали вынести мусор и пару раз не приносили кофе. Но персонал отзывчивый, по просьбе все устраняли. В целом, отель оставил хорошее впечатление, особенно за свою цену. Если немного подтянут сервис — будет отлично

Les chambres sont spasieuses . Nous avons séjourné avec nos enfants . Personnel très aimable, bonne literie . Le petit dejeuner est de qualité.

We arrived early in the afternoon and we still had to wait to get our room,|we thought we had booked in a hotel and so we had not thought to look if there were activities like in hotels, it was our mistake, because no activities, no swimming pool, no place to sunbathe, no real gym or hammam, simply no activities,|we were staying in a large apartment but the decoration was dated, everything was a little old, we were told that a major renovation was due to take place soon, it would have been better to do this renovation before welcoming us.

MONEY FROM OUR ROOM BEEN STOLEN propably by cleaner.

And after the issue Hotel even did not make excuse, and like Admin Speak out it is happened before in the Hotel!! ???? ????

Our whole family has been regular clients of Villa Garbo since 2018. Every time we visited, it was a pleasure: the owners were amazing, the service exceptional, and the cleaning impeccable. We had breakfast included, our bed sheets were changed every day, and water was provided daily. There were also open bar hours with free snacks and champagne. The owner even gave us towels for the beach every morning.

However, in January 2024, we received very sad news from the owners that they had sold the villa to other people. This was devastating, as we visited Cannes every year and always chose Villa Garbo. This year, we decided to return to Cannes and stay at Villa Garbo, though we expected it might be a different experience. However, we did not anticipate being so disappointed.

First, the hotel manager was rude during our email correspondence, and only after we mentioned that we were regular clients did she change her attitude. When we arrived, the staff was very cold, unfriendly, and passive. When we asked for beach towels, they said they didn't have any but could provide extra room towels. Upon returning from the beach, the manager suggested we reuse the towels, even though they had sunscreen and oil on them. It took constant reminders for the room to be cleaned. Our coffee capsules, shower gel, dishwashing soap weren’t renewed, as well as kitchen towels. Our terrace wasn’t cleaned during the whole 2 weeks! The hotel corridors were dirty and the garden too. It wasn’t even pleasant to sit on the outdoor sofas, as they were dirty. One of the managers didn’t even look at us when we wanted to greet her.

BUT THE WORST PART OF OUR STAY WAS THAT MY SISTER'S LINGERIE WAS STOLEN! THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD SUCH AN EXPERIENCE IN ALL OUR YEARS AT THIS HOTEL. WE ARE NOT THE TYPE TO LIE, AND THE PREVIOUS OWNER CAN VOUCH FOR US. OUR ITEMS WERE STOLEN, AND THE HOTEL STAFF DID NOTHING! THEY WEREN'T EVEN SURPRISED. THE LINGERIE COST 500 EUROS AND WAS IN OUR ROOM WHEN IT DISAPPEARED. DO WE NEED TO HIDE OUR LINGERIE IN A SAFE OR WHAT? AND CAN YOU IMAGINE THE ANSWER OF THE MANAGER? SHE SAID: «WELL, IT’S NOT A RING». CAN YOU IMAGINE??? THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

The apartments are really old and need some renovation. Many things not working like the iron, the window is broken too. The hotel is near a roundabout and it’s so noisy. The management is good somehow but I’d rather find a more comfortable and relaxing accommodation .

The location is excellent and the property has a huge potential to be a really top location in Cannes.
The problem is that almost all rooms have really old carpets. The staff are helpful and friendly but definitely need more staff. No one is there to help with luggage and most of the time there's only one person visible.
Value for money is lower than expected.
No parking available and for unloading luggage it is a very difficult matter...

I am extremely impressed with how kind the owners and management of Villa Garbo are. The one-bedroom apartment is beautiful and decorated with the prettiest pieces. They have a new Nespresso coffee machine, diffusers, and a TV. Plus, the view is incredible: you can see the palm trees of Cannes, enjoy the sunset, and the blue hour.

The colors in the apartment are quite dark, but it is undeniably beautiful. They are extremely generous. We booked the apartment for three days and the studio for the rest of our stay, but they upgraded us and gave us the apartment for our entire stay, which is about ten days. This is my first day, and because they have been so generous and kind, we decided to give them five stars and post a review immediately. Honestly, highly recommended. Additionally, it's just 5 minutes away from Martinez and the shops are so close, within walking distance. We chose room 120, which was near the roundabout, but we were pleased with being able to see the city vibes.

We thought we had booked a hotel with its activities, but there are no activities in the hotel, yes we had a large room arranged like an apartment, no charm, view of a very busy avenue, no swimming pool, no gym, we did not see any customers, it was really sad.|Not good value , too too expensif !|These are apartments or studios to rent when we wanted a hotel and its activities,|Total disappointment

Je ne comprends pas certains commentaires sur le prix. Quand on n'a pas le budget on n'y réserve pas c'est tout à Cannes y a du cheap ou du luxueux, la on est dans du luxe et ça a un prix qui augmente en haute saison. Bref très bel hôtel luxueux. Literie excellente (lit double). Propreté chirurgicale et irréprochable. Accueil merveilleux, suite spacieuse, très grande sdb.

Seul hic :route bruyante, je me suis étonné de ne pas voir de triple vitrage vu l'emplacement c'est presque obligatoire , des véhicules sur la route toute la nuit. Épuisé de ma journée j'ai quand même pu dormir. Absence de buffet petit déjeuner, absence de piscine, le matelas du canapé convertible est trop fin faudrait un sur matelas.

Mais la plage de la croisette a quelques minutes à pied est un excellent avantage.

Dans tous les cas je reviendrai sûrement.

Kurzer Urlaub als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Alles wie beschrieben und besprochen. Auch mit Kinderwagen/Rollstuhl gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich, sauber, zentrale Lage. Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt.|Absolut empfehlenswert.|Danke für die schöne Zeit.

This hotel deserves a nice renovation and the director Laurence told us that it was planned soon,|these bright colors in the rooms are daring, we will come back as soon as k=the renovation is done,|in the meantime it would be good if the new management revised its prices significantly downwards because we really had the impression of paying too much

Ce n est pas moi qui ai réservé mais quand j ai su le prix à la nuit j ai été catastrophé , ok c est Cannes mais il devrait y avoir des limites à ne pas dépasser , je logeais dans un petit appartement offrant la vue sur une avenue , pas d arbre pas de nature , que du béton .Durant la nuit j avais trop chaud , j aurais aimé de la climatisation

Quelques jours dans ce lieu entre amis ,|bon accueil mais quelques problémes avec le ménage pas fait comme nous aurions aimé c est à dire avant 13h pour que nous puissions faire notre siéste, nous l avions demandé au personnel mais oublié .|Décéption pour la vue sur le rond point

If you want to be in the center of Cannes, but in a very quiet and secluded place, Villa Garbo is for you.

Super soundproofing in the rooms. Stunningly beautiful building. Terrace with sun loungers. Fireplace in cool weather. Safe, private, cozy, luxurious! hide from prying eyes and be in the center of Cannes! Perfect!

An individual approach, this is only possible with people who love what they do and respect every guest. Thank you !!!

Lovely hotel, very personal welcoming from staff. Rooms are clean and tidy. Flight was not till the evening and we were able to use the lobby and facilities throughout the day. Beach only a 5 minute walk. Good location from shops and beach. No private beach but able to hire sunbeds along the beach front. Nice touch with the place where they would offer free drink 6-8pm to get everyone together. Would stay again.

J’ai passé 1 semaine ici l’été dernier et c’était magnifique, j’étais dans la penthouse qui était excellente , les personnes qui travaillent ici sont extremely gentils. Je conseille fortement cet endroit!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cette fabuleuse villa.
L'accueil et le service à été d'un professionnalisme à 100%
c'est rare d'avoir cela de nos jours. On se sens comme chez nous . La chambre était magnifique ainsi que le ménage. Petit déjeuner très bon. Le rond point n'est pas du tout dérangeant comme on peut le voir sur les différents commentaires.

Super établissement, très bien placé.
Le personnel est au petit soin et avec un très grand professionnalisme comme il ne se fait plus.

I love this place. I feel home and every year I come back twice a year ! The owner Guy and his son makes the stay so pleasant. Wonderful decoration , perfect place !

Very clean and accommodating hotel

Pas vraiment l ambiance hotel car pas d activités , bel accueil et bel appartement rénové , petit déjeuner maison au top mais donnant sur un rond point trés passant qui n apparait jamais sur les photos des sites vendant l hotel

Ok c est une villa situé dans le centre mais l emplacement sur le rond point n est juste pas à faire car même avec les fenétres fermées c était impossible de dormir
