- the lamp (which I didn’t bother take photo) was completely failure for such a good restaurant. It’s salty which I can still live with, but the presentation is very bad with pulled lamp meat style just putting together without any design; as the meat is salty, you need more mashed potato to go with. Maybe to make it “fancy”, they put really just a spoon of mashed potato, bad balance.
- the souffle dessert is not taste at all
Other than that the fois gras and the fish entrees were so good; my fish plat was really amazing.
The $15 2 glass of wine paring was also very vey good.
This was my first time didn’t select menu dégustation but selected menu Vauban, not sure if that was the reason of the lower quality.
I will still come here next time.
