We've been traveling through France for 64 days and this is one of the best restaurants we've dined in. We stopped for lunch. The escargot was hot, flavorful and tender. I had the fish of the day which was sea bass. It came with a crispy skin and green, moist and tender fish. My husband had the pork which was tender and flavorful. Really outstanding meal! I'm writing this before the dessert but I'm quite sure if it follows the rest of the meal you won't be disappointed!

We had an exceptional evening at "le couvert".
The kitchen is run buy a very nice couple with a lot of passion. Every course was perfect and the food and concept just very thought through! Thanks for this nice evening to "le couvert".

Excellente cuisine, très belle présentation et goût succulent. Le cuisine est faite maison.
Seul bémol, la serveuse peut rajouter un petit sourire lors de l'accueil des clients et du service.

전식인 생선 세비체는 정말 입맛을 돋구는 맛이었어요????????. 생선요리도 간간하니 부드럽고 맛있었구요. 오리 요리는 굴소스 기반의 야채볶음이랑 오리 소세지가 나왔는데 너무 짜서 아쉬웠어요.
주인아주머니인듯한 분이 서빙을 담당하시는데 털털한 스타일이시고 염려와는 달리 쾌활하게 잘 해주셨어요.
