This is a lovely place to stop and drink delicious coffee gazing at the beautiful scenery all around. The tarte is amazing, and the service is exceptional. Thank you for the warm welcome and for the happy time we spent here.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for 5+ years and it is, hands down, my favorite vegetarian restaurant on the planet. I’ve never written a review in the event the proprietor doesn’t want to be known for his vegetarian mastery (he makes bespoke vegetarian dishes when we book ahead). However, lately he has been making a vegan tart special and it is extraordinary. Do not miss this attention-to-detail experience in the most enchanting village in France.

Très cher pour de la cuisine industrielle. Garder son manteau pour manger, salle non chauffée. A éviter.
Ayant besoin de recharger mon téléphone (indispensable pour le GPS et la sécurité en cas d’urgence), j’ai demandé poliment au serveur s’il était possible de le brancher. Sa réponse a été un refus sec, justifié par le fait que “l’électricité coûte cher”.
J’ai trouvé cette réaction très regrettable, voire inhumaine. En tant que voyageur seul sur la route, on attend au minimum un peu de compréhension et de solidarité. Refuser un simple coup de main pour quelques centimes d’électricité, c’est passer à côté de l’essentiel : l’entraide.
Ce genre d’attitude ne donne malheureusement pas envie de revenir ni de recommander l’établissement. Un petit geste peut parfois tout changer.
