Petit hotel qui fait le job, idéalement placé en hyper centre, propre, service top, chambre petite.

We were upgraded to a suite on arrival by Smail on reception which was nice and he was very helpful throughout our stay.||However, the breakfast selection was quite limited and the egg boiler was turned off although the staff were friendly.||The hotel is very central so great for exploring.

Superbe emplacement, tout peut se faire à pied. Hotel impeccable car refait en début d’année, parking très prêt de l’hôtel (cher) et dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de partenariat commercial avec l’opérateur et l’hôtel Mercure. Personnel très bien

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Mercure Biarritz Plage. La chambre était très confortable, avec un mobilier moderne et dans l’air du temps. Tout était impeccablement propre, ce qui a grandement contribué à notre confort. L’ambiance générale de l’hôtel est agréable et le personnel accueillant. Nous recommandons vivement !
