Location is fantastic. Very walkable area with tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the beach. Hotel and the service were great. Super helpful and friendly. Photos on Google are mostly out of date, as the hotel has been dramatically updated.

My wife and I stayed at this centrally located hotel in Biarritz and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was within walking distance — beaches, shops, and restaurants.
What really stood out was the service at reception. Emma was absolutely amazing — kind, professional, and always ready to help. She gave excellent local tips and made us feel truly welcome. Her warm attitude made a big difference and really enhanced our stay.
Overall, a great option if you're looking for a well-located and reasonably priced hotel in Biarritz with exceptional staff.
