Un séjour très agréable dans un hôtel charmant, propre et bien situé. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, avec un large choix et des produits de qualité. Un grand merci à ces deux filles : Agathe pour son accueil chaleureux et attentionné le matin, et à Chiara pour le check-in efficace et souriant. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Un super séjour dans cet hôtel que je ne peux que recommander. De l’accueil jusqu’au checkout, ma femme et moi avons été ravis par l’accueil et la qualité du service.

We stayed only one night as a family of four in two rooms but wished we stayed longer. Emma the concierge reached out before our stay offering help and she was kind to book taxi for us from train station and also next morning to the airport. Staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful as well. They were able to provide rooms directly opposite each other which was very convenient. We were able to drop off our many bags when we got there early and went to lunch a few doors up at a fun tiki bar and tacos sushi place. Then we were able to get into the rooms a bit earlier and our bags were already in the rooms, which was very much appreciated.
The rooms are chic and very clean. It’s an older charming building, very close to a lovely sandy beach for swimming.

Great location and exceptional service from Emma

My wife and I stayed at this centrally located hotel in Biarritz and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was within walking distance — beaches, shops, and restaurants.

What really stood out was the service at reception. Emma was absolutely amazing — kind, professional, and always ready to help. She gave excellent local tips and made us feel truly welcome. Her warm attitude made a big difference and really enhanced our stay.

Overall, a great option if you're looking for a well-located and reasonably priced hotel in Biarritz with exceptional staff.

Location is fantastic. Very walkable area with tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the beach. Hotel and the service were great. Super helpful and friendly. Photos on Google are mostly out of date, as the hotel has been dramatically updated.

Mukava hotelli lähellä port-vieuxn uimarantaa ja sijainti oli muutenkin hyvä ihan Biarritzin ytimessä. Huone oli pienehkö, mutta hyvin toimiva. Arvostimme rauhallisuutta, erinomaisia yöunia, hyvää aamiaista, tyylikästä sisustusta ja lämminhenkistä ja persoonallista palvelua. Jos palaamme Biarritziin, palaamme tänne.

Tout est top, le petit dej est délicieux, le personnel très agréable, la petite chambre single premier prix ultra confortable jolie et agréable. Le mobilier et les petits signes pour le cœur et l’esprit comme livres de Jack London éparpillés dans tout l’hôtel ont fait de cette parenthèse de vie à Biarritz un très doux et lumineux moment !

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal. Ma chambre était très propre, confortable et calme, parfaite pour me reposer. Le personnel a été adorable du début à la fin, toujours souriant et disponible. Je me suis sentie très bien accueillie. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and located near the beach, restaurants and shops! The staff were kind and helpful. I appreciated that Emma, the concierge, contacted me on WhatsApp before our stay to introduce herself for any questions we had prior to and during our visit.

Tout était génial ! L’hôtel était très propre, confortable, agréable… mais le gros + de cet hôtel est sans aucun doute son personnel qui a été formidable tout le temps de notre séjour !! Je tenais à remercier particulièrement Luc qui m’a aidé en me donnant de la glace tard dans la nuit alors que je m’étais tordue la cheville et nous à préparé un petit déjeuner très tôt le matin. Il a été très gentil et serviable tout en étant professionnel. Je souhaitais aussi complimenter une jeune fille qui venait d’arriver (qui travaillait en cuisine je crois) et un jeune homme avec qui j’ai passé un excellent moment au bar de l’hôtel hier en fin d’après-midi . Je n’ai malheureusement pas leurs prénoms mais je pense qu’ils se reconnaîtront !

Alfred hôtel, une pépite dans Biarritz!
Emplacement parfait pour aller admirer le coucher de soleil sur la plage, accueil chaleureux et des chambres qui allient simplicité et élégance.
À ne surtout pas manquer : Le copieux buffet du petit déjeuner. Produits frais et locaux!
Très belle découverte pour nous, Alfred Hôtel sera désormais notre choix privilégié lors de nos prochains séjours.

Une escapade bord de mer inoubliable à Biarritz !
Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil est d’une grande gentillesse, chaleureux et professionnel!

La chambre, parfaitement équipée (mini‑bar, climatisation, coffre, belles vues sur la crique du Port‑Vieux ou sur le patio intérieur), offre un vrai cocon paisible idéal pour se reposer après une balade sur la plage à 50 m

La literie est particulièrement confortable !

Le petit‑déjeuner est un vrai régal : produits locaux soigneusement sélectionnés, buffet gourmand, et service attentionné un rituel délicieux avant de partir explorer la côte .

Mention spéciale au bar et son ambiance détendue, parfaits pour savourer un cocktail après une journée en bord de mer. L’équipe est souriante, disponible et attentive aux moindres besoins un vrai plus qui rend le séjour mémorable

Excellente situation : à deux pas des Halles de Biarritz, du rocher de la Vierge et des meilleures plages. Tout est accessible à pied, sans stress.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe : le charme discret de l’Alfred Port Vieux, la qualité du service et le confort de la chambre en font une adresse que je recommande vivement. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ????

Excellent accueil, très attentionné, emplacement au top, y'a pas mieux, hiver comme été, nous avons aimé la chambre, petite mais très, très cosy. L'hotel devait fermer durant quatre mois pour travaux, et adopter une enseigne D 'hotels indépendants, nous reviendrons voir si l'âme de cet hotel est préserver. Nous l'espérons. Bref nous recommandons à 100%

The location of this hotel is excellent. We were very close to the beach regaling us with beautiful coastline views and, if we wanted to go shopping, the shops were also within a short walk. I understand that the hotel was going to be remodeled soon. I cannot wait to go back and see it all remodeled!

Hôtel très bien situé. Un personnel accueillant et disponible. L'hôtel va être entièrement refait et c'était nécessaire car il s'agissait là de son point faible. Un cadre vieillissant et une décoration tout aussi ancienne. Une fois refait il méritera largement le détour.
