En face de la gare de Saint Nazaire, très accessible. Parking public à 05mn de l'hôtel, 30mn à pieds de la plage, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Un accueil très chaleureux et un personnel très convivial et chaleureux, serviable et aux petits soins.

Lamentable ! Malgré de la disponibilité, la direction refuse les réservations avec coffret wonderbox en août. Ils se permettent de cracher dans la soupe, quelle honte. Ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Effectivement, nous limitons le nombre de box sur la période estivale. Néanmoins, nous ne crachons pas dans la soupe comme vous le prétendez... Nous acceptons les box dans une quantité limitée. Nous vous recommandons donc d'anticiper vos prochaines réservations box qui partent très vite surtout en période estivale.
De votre côté, il n'est pas très courtois de nous laisser une note quand vous n'avez même pas mis un pied dans notre hôtel... Nous vous rappelons qu'il s'agit du principe du système de notation: juger un hôtel quand on a eu l'occasion d'y aller. En quoi votre contribution est-elle pertinente sur notre travail ?

The staff was very charming, the room very clean and well taken care off.
However, the room was rather small. I believe the bed was oversized for that room. We barely had enough room to walk around the bed!
The desk and a chair added on the side of bed were also taking precious walking and luggage space.
But location was a key factor in choosing this hotel. Close to train station, bus station, restaurants, and not too far from beach front( 25mn walk).
We're thrilled to hear that our hotel's location was perfect for your needs and that you found the price to be reasonable. It's wonderful to know that you had a positive interaction with our staff and that your room was clean and well-maintained.
We understand that the size of the room did not entirely meet your expectations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your comments about the room size, particularly the bed taking up extra space, are duly noted.
