Hit or miss based on your visit as I see that all the other reviews are very highly rated and honestly, most of our food was quite delicious.
However, they completely dropped the ball on the veal dish for us. It was extremely overcooked, the toughest and driest veal I have ever eaten.
Their fish dishes were amazing, I love aburi style fish and all of the fish dishes were super tender. So unfortunate that they messed up the entree, I had honestly thought that the dish itself was just wrong until I saw reviews for comparison that the veal we had really was super overcooked. So sad, I really did love the fish dishes here and even the other beef dish was quite tender, with interesting flavours.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, superbement bien mangé.

Toujours aussi qualitatif avec un juste équilibre dans l’assiette. Service impeccable et souriant. Une table incontournable de Nantes.

Comme à chaque fois, nous avons beaucoup aimé l’équilibre des plats, le mélange des saveurs. Le service est parfait.
Un très bon moment en terrasse au calme.

Un menu en 5 temps délicieux et le serveur nous a conseillé un vin blanc excellent pour accompagné le tout.
Un excellent moment passé dans ce restaurant qui mérite largement sa citation dans le Michelin.
